Bodybuilding is an activity that emphasizes muscular health and body beauty.It is a sculpture art of the body.It is a sport that is different from traditional competitive sports.It originated in ancient Greece.Initially,it was only attended by men.With men's thick arms and towering The chest and the thighs are beautiful.In all kinds of sports,it is necessary to develop the muscle groups required by the technology of this project.Although the target muscles and their circumferences are different,the purpose of bodybuilding is to achieve the most balanced development of the entire body.The proportion of muscles is coordinated,full,strong and beautiful,with better clarity and separation.And a top bodybuilder must achieve the best complete shape of each muscle and coordinate the proportions of the muscles in order to achieve excellent results in the game.The thigh muscle group is the largest and most powerful muscle group in the whole body.Almost all sports require the participation of the leg muscles.In basketball,football,boxing,shot put and discus,all other related actions are started from the strength of the legs..Most strength training actions like high-overs,jerks and deadlifts,and weightlifting require the participation of leg strength.However,no sport has higher leg requirements than bodybuilding.In the competition judgment,the judges mainly evaluated the shoulders,chest,arms and back of the upper body of the bodybuilders,as well as the lower limbs,especially the quadriceps and biceps of the thighs.The thigh is the largest muscle group in the human body and an important part of bodybuilding.In China,most of the excellent bodybuilders have achieved high levels of muscle fullness,muscle scale and muscle mass through systematic training,but the development of leg muscles is relatively backward,and there are muscle morphology,pre-match status,degree of development,etc.The shortcomings in other aspects,especially the large gap between the quadrant muscles,biceps femoris and calf muscles in the judging of the important winning muscle groups in the bodybuilding competition.The main reasons for this phenomenon are the relatively lagging training methods and training techniques,the large gap between economy and talent,the backward scientific research technology and the weak support system.Therefore,in order for China's top athletes to achieve a higher level of competition in the world,bodybuilding coaches and athletes need to master the working principles of leg muscles and the entire energy supply and training system,and apply scientifically applicable training methods to improve bodybuilding.So,it is particularly important to improve the awareness of bodybuilders in my country on the importance of leg training and the use of scientific methods to achieve a full and high-quality competitive level.It is also a problem that needs to be solved before us.Therefore,in this paper,30 male 70 kg bodybuilders in Lianhe Fitness Club,Laicheng District,Jinan City,Shandong Province are selected as experimental research objects.First,individual differences are excluded by measuring height and weight,and then through literature data,expert interviews,and logic Analytical methods and mathematical statistics methods were analyzed.After basically excluding the exogenous factors such as the individual differences between the experimental group and the control group,the two groups were given a new type of leg training program and traditional leg training for eight weeks,and the adjustment program borrowed from domestic and foreign experts and Excellent athletes and coaches have many years of training experience,and the author's own practical accumulation,as well as advanced foreign training concepts,seeking more scientific training plans and teaching methods that are suitable for the situation.In order to improve the leg bodybuilding training system,I hope to help our athletes and The coaches' improvement and development of leg muscle training and related teaching and training provide a certain theoretical reference and training basis,and the Spss software was used to test the score data of the two evaluation indicators before and after training.The conclusions are as follows:Through a detailed comparison of the two training programs and changes in the fat content of the legs and thigh circumference of the 30 elite athletes in Shandong Province,it can be found that the new training program has a significant effect on improving the pre-match leg status and sports performance of the male 70 kg athletes.After using the new training method,the thigh fat content decreased significantly,and the thigh circumference has changed to varying degrees.It proves that this research is effective for the development of the legs of male bodybuilders of 70 kg class in Shandong Province.
