In order to explore the core strength training for college students strain of lumbar muscles in patients with lower back muscles, by inspection of the relevant literature, interviews with experts as well as the physical and psychological characteristics of the subjects and training experimental environmental conditions to develop a detailed set of core strength training program, and surface EMG test, the the surface electromyography tester erector spinae core strength training before and after the intervention of the study population and the control population mathematical indicators of time domain and frequencydomain experimental data using AcqKnowledge4.1analysis softwarestatistical analysis, summed up the core strength training on strain of lumbar muscles in patients erector spinae changes the back force changes in the results of the test subjects and the control group before the intervention of the core strength and back strength, core strength training waistthe impact of repetitive strain injury patients intervention to provide a theoretical basis. The conclusions are as follows:1.strain of lumbar muscles after core strength training back dynamometer test in patients with lower back muscle strength than the strain of lumbar muscles in patients with untrained muscle strength, core strength training first pure strength enhanced back muscles.2core strength training intervention group, strain of lumbar muscles in patients the erector spinae sEMG, AEMG value than before the intervention and control group increases, the increased strength of the muscles of the erector spinae, and raised in the contraction of motor units increase in the number of improved discharge frequency synchronization.3core strength training, the intervention group erector spinae surface EMG MF, MPF value than before the intervention and the control group increased proportions of slow muscle fibers of the erector spinae and area percentage increase in the degree of anti-fatigue enhancement. 4core strength training can effectively enhance the muscle strength of strain of lumbar muscles in patients with lower back muscles, improve and reduce back muscles, muscle tension, strengthen the lower back muscle strength and toughness, and improve the degree of resistance to fatigue of the lower back muscles. Alleviate strain of lumbar muscles pain of the patients in the exercise, to improve exercise capacity.
