The Study On Forstering University Students' Entrepreneurial Capabitity

Entrepreneurship is the production of economic globalization and knowledge development but also the basis for sustainable economic development. University students' innovative undertaking is the necessary requirement to adapt to the development of economic knowledge, to realize the own economic and social value. However, with the increasing numbers of students and severe employment situation, in the era of mass education, the university students' innovative undertaking becomes an hot topic for the people's attention. Therefore,it is a particularly necessary to research on how to cultivating students' innovating ability in university. However, the colleges just continue the higher training mode for cultivating the ability of innovating undertaking and have not outstanding training characteristics, feasibility and operability in Shi Jiazhuang.For this article, the author summarizes the related knowledge on university students' innovative undertaking between domestic and overseas, meanwhile combines the actual phenomenon to propose the research questions and design the questionnaire. In the context, it uses descriptive statistics to analyze the date and then to probe the ability of university student's innovating undertaking which contains the ability of interpersonal communication, leadership ability, management and innovation ability in order to improve undergraduates developing. Meanwhile, the author also analyzes the typical case on college students' innovating undertaking in HeBei province and obtains the experience and important reference for them to learn. This article bases on the actual situation of Shi Jiazhuang university students to analyze the college students status and refer the targeted strategies from college students, schools, government and society to improve the entrepreneurial college students capacity and realize entrepreneurial drive employment.
