The New Olympic Sport Golf Football Development Motivation And Countermeasures Analysis

On Oct.9^th 2009 of Beijing times, The 121st meeting of International Olympic Committee was held in Copenhagen, which was declared that Golf and seven people ruby has became the formal competition items. During hundreds of years developed. The Olympic Games has already become the most influenced sports. With the different changes from outside and inside, the Olympic Games has also developed with advancing times. According to the annual requirements from International Olympic Committee, the Olympic Games should change the competition items every four years. Which has formed the problems such as the lack of personnel, the development of imperfect (Golf, Rugby), and some competition items (Baseball, softball)) was canceled which lead the Olympic Games influenced. Whether these items plus or canceling, the fact was found that the Olympic Games was developed dynamic. We have the challenge in future that we should recognize the great goal to make the Olympic Games developed healthy, with the right forecast.The Golf and Rugby is the research object of this paper, through the researching method by literature review logical analysis and interviews and etc. The main idea of this paper is about the following aspects: the developing trends of the Golf and Rugby all over the world, the new added competition items as the comparative method of the economic and political system concludes the limitation of local golf and rugby.This thesis is trying to analysis the internal and external motivation factors during the process of setting Olympic projects. Sum up the experiences, proposed the strategy of solving the current problems and meeting the needs for future development. The added Olympic competition items are predicted developing sustainably in future.
