Psychology is increasingly more attention, more and more application in schooleducation. Anxiety and psychological research is an important topic in the field ofmental health education, the purpose of the study is to relieve anxiety, reduced levelsof anxiety, anxiety causes of analysis, put forward to answer strategy, applied toteaching practice, and the high school stage is every student life crucial period, facethe college entrance examination, students have to bear from society, family, oneselfmuch attention and pressure, students’ test anxiety, and the anxiety exists often playsnegative role, which will further affect academic achievement. How to reducestudents’ high anxiety levels, reducing it to academic achievement as well ascandidates and adverse effects, each one is engaged in school mental health educatorsto think of the problem, the purpose of this paper aims to explore their owninvestigation, from some aspects of regulation strategies of test anxiety, found thatstudents own existence potential, extract the effective strategy, in order to better servethem.This research through the use of Spielberg’s state and trait anxiety questionnaireand the interview form for high school students three time of mock exams and collegeentrance examination anxiety characteristics were discussed, based on academicachievement and anxiety findings of the study, analysis from the students test anxietyregulation strategies, research findings, high school students in their own learningpractice summarizes some control strategies and achievement of examination play,there are significant differences, is the effective adjustment strategy, in addition to thestate anxiety and trait anxiety was significantly different, these can fully demonstratestudents is the presence of potential, they summarize some strategies for the futurestudy life help, this is very satisfactory. Through this research, we put forward someeducational suggestions, in order to better schools, students and parents to service.
