Research Of The Employment Security For The Disabled In China

As the main part of vulnerable groups, disabled people hope that they would have equal opportunities and treatments. And also they would like to participate in the society as common people. So obtaining an occupation is an important symbol of the participation in the society. From a personal viewpoint, employments of the disabled are the premise and guarantee to improve their living conditions, raise their social status, and realize their own value and fully and equally participate in social activities. From a social viewpoint, the employments are related to the rational utilization of the whole human resources, to the social stability and unity. However, the employment of the disabled is still hardly optimistic. A large number of the disabled have difficulties to find jobs. Some relevant policies promulgated by the government have not been properly implemented and enforced.Firstly, This paper describes the employment situation,employment policies,employment patterns and problems of the disabled in China, and deeply analyzes the factors affecting the employment of the disabled; Secondly, the article comparatively analyzes the foreign employment mode of the disabled; Thirdly, I take Wuhan for example and analyze the employment situation of persons with disabilities through field survey; Finally, I put forward several suggestions aiming at the construction of the employment security system for the disabled.
