With the development of society,the competition is increased,a special group of high school students on the college entrance examination under this enormous pressure.Their physical and mental health should be aroused by the concern of psychology.In the heavy burden of high school studies,how to improve their academic self-efficacy,how to have better subjective well-being,psychologists need to explore a way.This study from the perspective of physical activity,using documents,questionnaires and statistical methods of empirical study on physical activity,academic self-efficacy and subjective well-being.In this study,the researcher investigate 608 high school student from grade 1 to grade 3.The data was used spss17.0 test the difference, correlation and regression analysis to explore the physical training,academic self-efficacy and subjective relationship between happiness.The following conclusions:(1) There is a significantly correlation between high school physical activity,academic self-efficacy and subjective well-being.The amount of physical exercise self-efficacy and academic performance dimensions and overall behavioral control had significant positive correlation . Physical exercise duration and academic self-efficacy in behavior control performance has a significant positive correlation,physical exercise capacity and subjective well-being of the positive emotions, negative emotions,life satisfaction,body satisfaction and happiness overall significant positive correlation.Duration of physical activity and subjective well-being of the positive emotions,negative emotions,life satisfaction,body satisfaction,overall happiness has a significant positive correlation.The dimensions of academic self-efficacy and subjective well-being and overall dimensions and general all have a significant positive correlation.(2) Physical exercise for high school students is a dimension of subjective well-being significant predictor.(3) Physical exercise capacity and exercise duration is different from high school there are differences of subjective well-being.In particular in all dimensions in the subjective sense of happiness and subjective well-being in general, a large amount of physical activity is better than high school students with moderate amount of exercise,moderate exercise is better than the small amount of training the students the amount of students. Exercise duration of 12 weeks or more in high school is better than exercise duration in the 8 - 12 weeks students, exercise duration of 8 - 12 weeks of high school is better than the exercise duration of 8 weeks of age high school students.(4) Different grades of high school physical exercise capacity and exercise duration were significantly different.The higher of the high school grades have the greater amount of physical exercise , and the longer physical exercise duration.Different grades of high school students'academic self-efficacy were significantly different,the subjective well-being of high school students from different grades were significantly different.(5)High school students of different genders in the amount of physical exercise,the boys were significantly more than girls.In the duration of the exercise,there was no significant difference between boys and girls.High school students of different gender on academic self-efficacy were significantly different.On the Adaptation performance the boys was significantly better than girls.High school students of different genders in the subjective sense of happiness does not exist significant differences. |
