In two groups of students’ subjective well-beingmeasurement result of independent T test sample. Results showed that the two groups had nodifference in subjective well-being level, and in emotion dimensions of the differences on themost significant (P <0.01), and consciously take part in physical exercise of college studentsindividual subjective well-being measurement results of the mean value is higher than notconsciously take part in physical exercise of college students individual. Finally, according to the first two parts of the investigation result, at a moderate exerciseamount of physical exercise for intervention, the selection of part not consciously take part inphysical exercise on the students of experiment research, to gauge medium quantities on collegestudents’ exercise individual subjective well-being the influence of emotional degrees. The resultsindicate that the subjective well-being emotion dimensions of the improved level, and thesubjective well-being emotion dimensions and the level was significantly better than the controlgroup. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, the results show that:(1) the amount ofmoderate exercise physical exercise on the college students’ individual subjective well-being ofinfluence is the most significant effect.(2) consciousness of extracurricular physical exercises incollege students’ individual has stronger subjective well-being.(3) moderate exercise amount of physical exercise can ascend not consciously take part in physical exercise of college students’individual subjective well-being emotional dimension of level.(4) secondary exercise quantity ofexercise, along with exercise last the extension of time on college students’ individual subjectivewell-being emotion dimensions of the more significant influence effect.
