The investigators by unified training usingmain risk factors, mini-mental state scale (MMSE), Montreal cognitiveassessment scale (MoCA) and A, B volumes of such evaluation tools, holdsthe questionnaire investigation for the people and their families, whichevaluate their cognitive situation.The157patient with vascular mild cognitiveimpairment conduct TCM syndromes analysis and summarize regular pattern.Results:1419cases with vascular mild cognitive impairment,56cases withvascularmoderate to severe cognitive impairment,149cases of normal.VMCI's ratewas67.15%,8.79%incidence of vascular moderate to severe cognitiveimpairment.1.1Gender (χ~2=9.181,P=0.002), age(trendχ~2=18.002,P<0.001), professional(trendχ~2=23.158, P=0.003), cultural degree (trendχ~2=22.245,P<0.001)in thePopulation Sociology materia have significant st-atistical differences.Onemale prealence was61.77%, the female prevalence was2.51%, the incidenceof women than men.which increase with age, VMCI followed the trend rate of growth significantly. The highest prealence is work-ers in the professionaldifferences. Cultural degree and prevalence is inverse tio that is the lowerlevel, the higher risk.Body mass index(t=7.748,P=0.986),marital status(trendχ~2=1.499,P=0.827),motion (χ~2=3.155,P=0.207) are no significantstatistical different.1.2Hypertension(trendχ~2=17.944,P=0.001), Hyperlipidemia(tendχ~2=15.498,P=0.004), coronary heart disease(χ~2=5.670,P=0.017)in the vaso-genic factorhave not significant statistical differences.which increase with thehypertension and hyperlipidemia history, VMCI's incidence into growth trend, but coronary heart disease not.Diabetes(χ~2=2.119,P=0.146), cerebrovasc-ulardiseases(χ~2=0.673, P=0.412),peripheral vascular disease(χ~2=0.308,P=0.845),smoking(χ~2=0.670,P=0.413)and drinking(χ~2=2.283,P=1.131)havenot significant statistical differences.2Summarizes11core symptoms,and30common symptoms.157patients ofVMCI during syndrome differentiation and analysis concluded to kidney esse-nce deficiency, sputum turbidity resistance qiao, liver Yang hyperactivity, bl-ood stasis resistance winding, qixue deficiency, hot ZhiZhuo bowls and heart-sweetening within leave, seven basic card type. The survey found the most iskidney essence deficiency syndrome, accounted for64.33%;Second issputumturbidity resistance qiao syndrome, accounted for63.69%;liver Yang hyperacti-vity syndrome, accounted for45.86%;blood stasis resistance winding syndro-me, accounted for29.30%; qixue deficiency syndrome, accounted for15.92%;hot ZhiZhuo bowls syndrome, accounted for8.28%;heart-sweetening withinleave syndrome, accounted for4.46%。Di-syndromes for42.68%, tri-syndr-omes for36.94%respectively.Conclusion:1VMCI high-risk groups of Shijiazhuang is middleaged women, low educ-ation level, workers, who had hypertension, hyperlipidemia and coronary heartdisease.2Kidney essence deficiency, sputum turbidity resistance qiao, liver Yanghyperactivity and blood stasis resistance winding, is common syndromes. The interaction of all kinds of pathological factors led to VMCI.
