Clinical Screening Of Mild Vascular Cognitive Impairment And Study On The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes

Purpose:Through the clinical screening of vascular risk factors,the patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment were identified as early as possible,and the TCM syndromes of patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment were statistically analyzed.To provide dialectical basis for early intervention of TCM.Method:To formulate a clinical statistical screening scale to carry out basic factors of personal life for all patients who meet the screening criteria,Vascular factors,neuropsychological test,TCM syndrome statistical analysis screening.To establish a database,and to use SPSS19.0 software to carry out statistical treatment.All the patients were divided into two groups: the group without vascular cognitive impairment and the group with mild impairment of vascular cognitive function.The basic description of risk factors and the comparison between groups were carried out,and the statistical analysis of TCM syndromes integral scale was carried out in patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment.Result:(1)A total of 512 patients were included in this study.By analyzing the risk factors,we found that male,senior age,low education level,unhealthy eating habits such as alcohol and tobacco,salty taste,depression and anxiety,lack of exercise,vascular family history,etc.In the history of cerebrovascular disease,the types of vascular risk factors have an effect on cognitive function.(2)The statistical analysis of the scores of MOCA scale showed that the patients in the two groups had serious impairment in visual space executive ability and delayed memory.(3)Statistical analysis of TCM syndromes in 402 cases of mild vascular cognitive impairment group showed that deficiency of kidney essence syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,obstruction of phlegm and obstruction of orifices syndrome were the most common,and had extensive influence on vascular cognitive impairment.It is the main symptom of mild vascular cognitive impairment.Conclusion:A total of 512 cases were included,including 110 patients in group A without cognitive impairment,402 patients in group B with mild vascular cognitive impairment and 78.51 patients in group A.Through statistical analysis,it was found that women,age,low cultural degree,family history of vascular family,bad diet such as brackish,depression and anxiety,lack of exercise,bad alcohol and alcohol addiction,cerebrovascular disease,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,hyperlipidemia are the main risk factors for the impairment of light vascular cognitive function,and the statistical analysis is also made.The more dangerous factors were,the more severe the impairment of cognitive function was.In the patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment,the proportion of TCM syndromes were 66.92,46.27,42.04,29.35,26.87 and 26.87 respectively,which included deficiency of kidney essence,obstruction of collaterals and collaterals,phlegm and turbid obstruction of resuscitation,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,and deficiency of qi and blood.
