Vascular Cognitive Dysfunction Of Epidemiological Investigation And Analysis Of Syndromes Of Mild Cognitive Dysfunction

Objective: By epidemiological survey of the dangerous vascular factors people toprovide further reference for the effect elements of the vascular cognitive impairment; Byusing the Chinese traditional medicine analysis of the patients of mild cognitiveimpairment to provide the reference for the establish of the dialectical standards for mildcognitive impairment.Methods: Make Clinical symptoms observation table and do survey about thepatients on larithmics,life behavior, vascular danger factors, Neuropsychological scale andtraditional Chinese medical clinical symptoms. Establish data base, using SPSS19.0software to do statistics and group all the cases into non-cognitive impairment,vascularmild cognitive impairment and vascular dementia,collect the basic description ofdangerous factors and compare among these groups of cases. And save the symptomswhich occurs≥10％in mild vascular cognitive impairment group,analyze it and get thepattern of syndrome.Results:(1) There are492cases in total in this research, by analyzing the dangerousfactors and find the number of dangerous factors will effect the cognitive function in thesesgroups, female, advanced age, tobacco and wine, diet, family history, medical history ofblood vessel diseases.After analyzing the evaluation of MOCA and find serious damage onthe executive ability of visual space and delayed memory of the patients in these threegroups.（3）the result of analysis of the382cases in mild vascular cognitive impairmentgroup shows the five types below: Yin deficiency of liver Yang syndrone syndrome,phlegm turbidity resistance syndrome, qi deficiency syndrome, kidney essence deficiency syndrome, blood stasis resistance network.Conclusion:The more the vascular danger factors are, Syndromes are factors,empirical, deficiency syndrome are visible, with the heart and spleen kidney is close to theinner parts, the main pathological factors of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis. Because ofthe oneness of the cases, the result still needs more prospective research to prove it.
