I. BackgroundWorld Health Organization, the International Society of Blood Transfusion proposed, should be "education, inspire, recruit and maintain" low-risk blood donors, unanimously recommended to accept and implement voluntary, unpaid blood donation principle, access to safe blood supply. Since the implementation of "Blood Donation Law of the People's Republic" (Hereinafter referred to as Blood Donation Law), All regions is widely practiced Government-oriented mode of blood donation. Ministry of Health, in 2001, promoted citizen Voluntary non-remunerated blood donation, blood donation in 2005 to determine the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" one of the goals:clinical blood from 100% voluntary blood donation, which reached 95% voluntary blood donation.Only contact the actual situation and develop effective strategies to recruit blood donors. So presumably each year the number of college students has up to hundreds of thousands of blood donors, Students donate blood with advantages of high quality culture, blood stability, high pass rate, However, studies have shown that students respond more blood discomfort, psychological factors play an important role. Students by the age factor, read by social constraints, weak mental capacity, mental nervous, in the collective organization of blood donation activities, tension would affect the others. To better understand the team's mental state, observation and study of their blood psychological, cognitive understanding of their blood donation, blood donation motivation, blood expectations through targeted publicity and education, a healthy blood psychological, and create a harmonious blood environment, is an important successful condition of voluntary blood donation. In-depth study of the psychological motivations of individual donors based on the type, we can be targeted to design appropriate educational programs to foster mental health of blood donors.Ⅱ. Research purposesSurvey on the health of university students participated in blood donation especially mental health, to understand their perception of blood donation, explore the impact of mental health and cognitive effects of blood factors. Develop recruitment strategies related to promotion, and development of psychological interventions, Reduce the psychological factors induced blood reactions provide a theoretical basis.Ⅲ. Materials and MethodsRandomly selected 565 students participated in blood donation for the survey. Using the Kessler 10 scale and the preparation of their own socio-demographic questionnaire, blood donation awareness questionnaire survey to investigate unpaid blood donors in general, unpaid blood donors situation, unpaid blood donors reactions, mental health voluntary blood donors. The main results4.1 Physical health situation:Two weeks prevalence was 4.25%; 16 people suffering from chronic disease six months before the survey (2.83%),549 people were not suffering from chronic disease (91.17%); 7 people hospitalized within a year students (1.24%),558 students were not hospitalized (98.76%); 245 students were good physical self-assessment health (43.36%),254 good students (44.96%),65 students in general (11.50%), and one poor students (0.18%.)Mental health situation:Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis results showed that level of education, daily life experience, sleep, physical exercise affect the mental health of college students (Kessler 10 score) factors.4.3 Cognitive aspects of blood donation:Knowledge dimension, the students of the better health, from the urban areas, the higher scores in knowledge. Dimension in fear, sex, daily life experience, whether keen to participate in community activities, whether within six months suffering from chronic disease, self-assessment of physical health, mental health self-assessment, academic pressure, mental status (Kessler 10) and other factors on fear-dimensional score the degree of influence. Girls, feel monotonous, regular participation in community activities, physical, mental health self-assessment is poor, study pressure, poor psychological status when students tend to fear of blood. Respect and value dimensions, the feelings of monotony, from rural areas, the worse the psychological status of college students tend to not recognize the value of voluntary blood donation.Self-health dimensions, the boys, life is monotonous and tasteless, poor self-body health, study pressure, the pressure is small, regional source for the city's students tend to not recognize healthy voluntary blood donation. Blood donation service attitude dimension, women, non-child, self-assessment physical condition is good, do not sleep, study pressure is small, life stress, psychological state of good people; recognize the work of blood donation service attitude.Ⅴ. Conclusions and suggestions5.1 On the psychological state, undergraduate students better than junior college students, should pay more attention to weaker students.5.2 Sleep, physical exercise, attitude of life can affect the mental health of voluntary blood donation, such interventions should be strengthened;5.3 Encourage participation in community activities, hospitals and other health care institutions to increase the popularity of voluntary blood donation knowledge, students should pay attention to blood donation in rural cadastral knowledge transfer;5.4 In the blood donation process, the right guidance should be focused on girls, study pressure, physical, psychological conditions of poor students, to reduce the fear of blood donation;5.5 In terms of the amount of healthy blood donors, focusing on the boys, learning, life stress reports of students in order to establish a correct understanding of blood donation behavior;5.6 Boys, life monotonous, poor self-body health, study pressure, the pressure of small, and students tend to not recognize healthy voluntary blood donation;5.7 The attitude of staff play an important role in recruitment of college students, Satisfied with the service, college students will be promoted to participate in voluntary blood donation...
