Objective:To understand the cognition,attitude,behavior mode and willingness to donate blood of voluntary blood donation in Nanchang,analyze the factors that affect voluntary blood donation according to KAP theory,and put forward the sustainable strategy of voluntary blood donors.Methods:Based on a revisit to the relevant literature,using custom-made surveys.The survey questionnaire included 5 parts: demographic characteristics,knowledge of blood donation,blood donation policy and cognitive environment and attitude,blood donation behavior and its influencing factors.To selected 8 blood donation points(covering 5 districts and 1 counties of Nanchang)in Nanchang as the investigation site.On each site,to select 300±50 pedestrians or blood donors on the basis of their voluntary.Results:(1)The demographic characteristics of the surveyed residents were statistically significant in terms of sex,age,occupation and education.(2)The average score of the voluntary blood donation of the surveyed residents is 14.74±3.104.The cognition of voluntary blood donation is positively correlated with the behavior of voluntary blood donation(r=0.470,P=0.000),and the significance is statistically significant.(3)The average score of the environment and attitude of the surveyed residents is2.94±0.965.The blood donation behavior is positively correlated with the environment and attitude of the voluntary blood donors at 0.01(bilateral)level(r=0.290,P<0.01).(4)Blood donation motivation of the top three are: dedication of love(82.47%),social responsibility(59.98%)and healthy blood donors(55.02%);Those who are willing to donate blood again are more likely to donate blood because of their devotion to love and social responsibility than those who are unwilling todonate blood again,and the proportion of blood donation is much lower due to the prevalence of relatives and friends,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The main concerns of who didn't donate blood were: the body condition did not meet the requirements of blood donation(37.05%),Fear of being infected by infectious diseases(31.93%),suspected blood station irregular or illegal selling of blood(31.83%),and worrying about damage to health(30.19%).(6)Other factors:blood donation satisfaction was significantly correlated with blood donation behavior(r=0.441,P<0.01).Staff service attitude,professional technology and blood donation experience are important factors that affect blood donors' blood donation again.The top three sources of blood donation were blood donation sites(54.99%),Internet(43.32%),posters / leaflets(36.55%).The most favorite way to thank the blood donors was material reply,and the second was to tell the results of the blood donation test.(7)Logistic regression analysis showed that factors affecting blood donation behavior is gender,occupation,cognitive of blood donation,the environment and attitude of voluntary blood donation,degree of satisfaction.Conclusion:The factors that affect the voluntary blood donation are sex,occupation,the cognition of unpaid blood donation,the environment and attitude of unpaid blood donation.The pure altruism is more likely to continue to donate blood,but it is difficult to donate blood again with the motive of the purposeful altruism.The real motivation of most of the blood donors in the survey is more inclined to conditional altruism than pure altruism.It is suggested that blood donation institutions should strengthen propaganda on the mechanism of safety and transparency of blood donation,while advocating pure altruism,giving appropriate material and policy incentives to recruits.
