Community health service, which is a basic medical pattern in modern society, was promoted by developed countries in 1940s or 1950s, It is different from hospital's specialization, which supplies general medical service and complementary with it. Community health service is the best path to solve the problem "see a doctor expensive and difficult". Also, it is significant to sustainable development and medical reform of public health.In recent years, our urban community health services have a fast development, because government have paid an important attention to community health services, which made. But our community health service development in the initial stage, the coverage is quite low, many areas also has not been set up perfect community health service system because of financial stress and medical resources use unreasonable factors.To solve this problem, based on public economics and health economics, this paper researches the community health service demand of Xi'an. It also analysis the transformation motives, then researches the china AD group's medical resources for transformation of TAOYUAN community health service center. Then, summarized the problems in the process of transformation, and puts forward solution to the problems.The first chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the background of the research, the meaning of methods and research. Also, community health service should try to enhance its function and get more trust from people.
