The Aged's Need Of Health Care And The Supply In Community Aging In Urban Areas

China has became a menber of the countries confronted with aging since 1999, how to deal with the aging problem is a difficulty for China. As there is a growing number of smaller famliy structures, as well as the nursing homes can't satisfy the need of the aged, the pension has become a big concern to the society. The old people's health and organs suffer deterioration,and their daily care has also declined, so their need for the preventation and treatment, caring and recovery is increasing growing. And it is necessary for us to consider how to provide the aged with medical care in the background of aging in place. On that premice, we will look into the demand of and supply for the old people and put foword some ideas, so as to satisfy the aged's need for the plural and muti-level need of the medical care within the reach of community so that it could be some significance to the development of medicare in the context of aging in community. The paper is organized as follows:The first chapter is introduction:giving an overview of the backgrond, significance, domestic and foreign literature, methods and the creative of the paper. The second chapter is the theory bases,including public goods and benefit pluralism; The third chapter will relate to the aging situation in China, comparison between family structure and nursing homes and community, introduction of health aging, old peaple's need for the medical care,and finaly analyse the data we collect and process in the national polls. The forth chapter is about the study of the modle of medical care. It puts forwards there are 3 types, namely community medical institutes,nursing homes in community and medicare project. Finaly we conduct the data analysis ,and explore how the medical care develop within the community.The fifth chapter is problem analysis. Combined with the above 2 chapters, we will look into the situation in the medical care in the context of the aging in community. The sixth chapter is the comparison between Great Britan,America, Singapore German and Cuba, and we think about what we learn from them. The seventh chapter will discuss the system of medical care for the aged in the context of aging in community. The eighth chapter is the closing part. We will have our conclusion, and the improvements we will make.
