Appropriate description should be that one or more of the body resulting in lipid metabolism disorders in blood lipid composition of one or several significant exceptions, known as lipid disorders, or blood lipid abnormalities (Dyslipidemia). Because lipids are in the form of lipoproteins in the blood running.it can also be called abnormal hyperlipoproteinemia. With modern living standards, diet and the enormous change in lifestyle, more and more youth in middle-aged and even appeared dyslipidemia, mainly for blood cholesterol and (or) abnormal elevation of triglycerides, most of not accompanied by clinical symptoms, which is why more than elevated blood lipid abnormalities were overlooked, lost the best time for treatment. Through this project aims to explore the experimental and clinical studies for the EA lipid of hyperlipidemia in patients with atherosclerosis.ExperimentalMethodsSPF 48 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal-class group, model group, EA group, the control group,12 rats in each group. Control group given normal diet every day, model group, EA group and the control group were given high fat diet every day.1 month after modeling the normal group, model group, respectively, to normal, high fat diet, electro-acupuncture group began acupuncture treatment, switch to normal diet control group without any treatment. Fenglong the rats were taken electroacupuncture treatment, weekly for 6 consecutive days, a total of four weeks. Results1. For the lipid of hyperlipidemia rats after adjustment for four weeks, the treatment group compared with the control group, the former TC, TG, LDL-C levels lower than the latter(P<O.01), while HDL-C content higher than the latter (P<0.05). For hyperlipidemia morphological changes of rat aortaModel group, EA group, control group after 1 month feeding were begun after the aortic area deposition of fat cells show, after 1 month after acupuncture treatment acupuncture group were significantly reduced lipid deposition in the control group decreased slightly, according to atherosclerosis index (total cholesterol - high density lipoprotein cholesterol) /high density lipoprotein cholesterol),that acupuncture can play a lipid atherosclerosis prevention role 4. hyperlipidemia rats for ABCA1, PPAR-a, PPAR-γ, LXR, RXR-αexpression and content.EA group with the promotion of liver and fat in the PPAR-a PPAR-γactivation combined with RXR-αexpression effectively induced the role of ABCA1.Clinical partMethodsAll 42 cases were from the First Hospital of Wuhan City, acupuncture and Cardiology.March 2008-2010 inpatient or outpatient in March, in which acupuncture in 22 cases,between the ages of 40-65 years,mean age 53.76±10.52 years,duration 2-5 years; of Cardiology,20 patients, aged 45-70 years old, mean age 57.83±12.14 years,duration of 3-7 years.ConclusionHyperlipidemia and not associated with other serious medical illnesses, the electric acupuncture therapy can significantly and steadily lower blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels; in lipid associated with, such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, fat patients with liver diseases such as, electro-acupuncture therapy can still be significantly lower blood lipids, especially for the regulation of low density lipoprotein is more significant. |
