Purpose:This topic through Experimental study of electro-acupuncture FengLong on golden hamster to observe key enzyme in the liver lipid metabolism LPL, HL, and ApoAl activity and the LCAT activity in blood, and then Preliminary discussing of EA Fenglong point on the adjustment mechanism of lipid. through clinical research, Observing Lipid effects and the feasibility of electro-acupuncture Feng long point to treat dyslipidemia with T2DM, then evaluate its feasibility.Method:1.Thirty-two healthy male SPF golden hamster were randomly divided into four groups, normal control group (the ordinary diet), model control group (high fat diet made hyperlipidemia model), electro-acupuncture group (after high fat diet four weeks then giving electro-acupuncture Feng-long point); western medicine group (after high fat diet four weeks then giving atorvastatin calcium),8 cases in each group; After 4 weeks, TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C were compared between the normal group and model group; After 8 weeks, In the fasting state, the electro-acupuncture group and western medicine group were collected the blood of the abdominal aorta and liver tissue,LPL,HL activity and liver ApoAl activity and the LCAT activity in blood were detected.2. Observation of clinical studies with 40 patients of Dyslipidemia with T2DM, All patients come from Wuhan Integrated TCM & Western Medicine Hospital Department of Endocrinology and acupuncture, By random table method and the order of admission, The patients were randomly divided into two groups:EA the treatment group and western medicine comparison group, Each groups with 20 cases, treatment for 28 days。and compare the treatment group and control group differences in clinical efficacy and the indicators of blood lipid analysis.Results:1. Experimental study:After high fat diet 4w, the model group TC,TG,LDL-C were significantly higher than the nomal guoup (P<0.05), HDL-C were significantly lower than the normal group (P<0.01), that mean the model of hyperlipidemia was successful setted up; After the eight weeks treatment, electro-acupuncture treatment group serum levels of HDL2-C and HDL3-C, the activity of serum LCAT and the expression of apolipoprotein (apoA1) were higher than that of the model group (P<0.01, P<0.05), Western medicine group and model group was compared no significant difference (P>0.05). electro-acupuncture treatment group liver LPL/HL activity were higher than that of the model group (P<0.01, P<0.05), western medicine group and model group was compared no significant difference (P> 0.05).2. Clinical study:(1)The total cholesterol and triglyceride values of EA treatment group and western medicine group patients were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.01). (2) After treatment, Lipid components of the indicators of EA treatment group and western medicine group compared no significant difference (P>0.05). EA treatment group the total effective rate was 85%; The western medicine group the total effective rate was 90%. Comparison of two groups, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Electro-acupuncture at the acupoint of "Fenglong" (ST40) can increase golden hamster serum levels of HDL improve the LCAT activity and increased expression of ApoAl improve the LPL and HL activity, So it play important role in adjusting triglyceride and cholesterol on hyperlipidemia Golden Hamster. So EA Fenglong points provide a reliable experimental and theoretical basis in the regulation of lipid direction.2. Dyslipidemia with T2DM patients in EA treatment group and western medicine group were received a more positive clinical results, EA treatment group the total effective rate was 85%; The western medicine group the total effective rate was 90%. and the efficacy of acupuncture treatment group was no difference with the comparison group, both showed no significant difference. But EA treatment group can reduce the damage to liver and kidney function, easy to patients, is conducive to the recovery of the disease, highlighting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, it have simple, standardized treatment advantage, It is worthwhile to further application in the clinical.
