Study On Tang Shan People's Hospital Culture Construction

ObjectiveHospital culture is a bit hot topic in present medical science and management fields. It is a new trend and progress of modern hospital management and also an important portion in theoretical structure of modern hospital management, which plays crucial role in hospital's management and development.Aimed at that most domestic researches are qualitative and few quantitive, the dissertation conducted a preliminary study on quantitive evaluation of hospital culture. Based on research results both at home and abroad, the case hospital's evaluation index system, and questionnaire are completed. The dissertation analyzed the result of investigation and supplied suggestions on how to deepen the case hospital's culture construction for hospital managers'reference.Method1,Literature Review method:Make use of periodical,books,Full-text Database(CNKI)and internet search engine to collect the achievements about hospital culture.2,Case study method:To The People's Hospital in Tang Shan for case , studying the People's Hospital'culture .3,Questionnaire: By selecting three hundred staff of People's Hospital as the research object, issuancing questionnaires and the available questionnaire were statistically analyzed.ResultsIn the construction of hospital culture, we need to grasp characteristics of hospital culture timely and fitness, cultivate characteristics which own its personality traits, thus the hospital culture become continued power and source of hospital development. And to achieve this purpose, it is necessary to carry on stage planning construction of hospital culture. Tang Shan People's Hospital to create the harmonious hospital as the strategic target, refining, cultivating and spirit of expression, summarizes culture core index and content of constructing the harmonious hospital.ConclusionHospital culture construction plays a gate role in cultivating hospital core competitiveness and realizing the sustainable development of hospital. Hospital culture has its own personality, Create hospital culture, the hospital must adjust measures to local conditions, create suitable for own hospital characteristics of hospital culture. We also should grasp and understanding the overall environment of hospital and ideal hospital culture accurately. Through the analysis of the present situation of the hospital, the future of the direction and the development trend, positioning hospital culture precisly. Only in this way, designeding hospital culture can have a definite object in view.
