The21st century is the era of cultural management, the corporate culture is ofgreat importance which will be the core competence for the corporation.To get business survival, development,from the ordinary to excellence, enterprisesneed the excellent culture. The private corporate who want to win in the fiercecompetition must build up its own unique style culture. The private hospitals need topay high attention to cultural construction ’s important role in the competition toacquire the core competence.Kunshan ChangHai hospital is a private hospital which has the history of7yearsfrom its establishing. It has developed to an integrated hospital with more than200employees and the equipment invested nearly sixty million after years of business.ChangHai hospital is now in the phase of the development by strides, however thecultural construction is relatively weak, so it is difficult to acquire the strong marketcompetitiveness. Based on this perspective, this article has investigated thoroughly onthe current cultural construction through various channels such as interviews on thehospital leaders, the questionnaire on the employees, observing in the spots,satisfaction surveys on the patients, mass evaluation via network, etc. Some targetedsuggestions for the quality development have been put forwarded regarding thecultural constructions, which will enhance the brand image with improving themedical technology level and medical services.In view of the present situation, this article researched the hospital culturalconstruction, put forward and imbued them with the hospital cultural ideas approvedby employees. Established the system culture for joint participation and strictimplementation. Gradually made it to become the behavior standards abided by staffsconsciously,which changed from the penetrated conception and the institutionalconstraints, it represents in the material culture of “patient-centered andemployee-oriented”. Based on the combination of theory and practice, it can makethis research more targeted and practical, which can eliminate the negative effect ofvenality and unreliable qualities of the private hospital. There is some reference valueto development and the culture construction of ChangHai hospital.
