Objective:Taking the reference of the relevant Assessment System such as " the Evaluation Standard for Levels of Hospital ","Hospital level-to-level Administration Method", On the requirements basis of deepening the national medical health system reform and building the hospital culture from the aspects of connotation category, This paper establish hospital culture building assessment system that to adapt the hospitals to actual situation of the different levels and development stages, and to be good to promote the hospital development. The Assessment System can promote all kinds of medical institutions on carrying out the hospital cultural development with implementing, quantifying, improvementing and resulting. The establishment of the Assessment System for hospital culture building has become the important subject research and urgent task for the connotation category developing at present of the culture leading. Also are the final purpose of the paper.Methods:The paper integrate with the characteristics of humanity&Social research subject, mainly by using methods of document literature, free interviews, expert consultation method (the Delphi method), as well as the necessary means of mathematical statistic.The paper in strictly according with the requirements of the program, by through the literature reviewing and experts free interviewing, tentatively draw up a certain number of level1and level2indicators, and for each level indicators stipulate the five grade importance judgment.On this basis the investigation questionnaire is designed to select the relevant experts with rich theory and practice experience across the country and the expert database system is established. And finally, after repeatedly consulting expert opinion, then by induction, combing, modifying, supplementing, experts generally agreement is gathered as basic indicators for assessment system. Results:1.By means of qualitative analysis to the basic situation of the expert group (such as:related working experience, age, education background, professional title position, etc), it shows the results that the group has a good representative, authority.2.For expert advice in survey, a total of20expert consultation questionnaires issued,17among of questionnaire is called in and the recovery rate is85%. It shows that this study has higher experts enthusiasm. And through calculation, CronBach coefficient is0.956, indicating that this questionnaire is of good reliability.3.Determining the principle of hospital culture building and based on it, after two rounds of expert consultation, the indicators system of hospital culture building are established.(including two basic branch system and its belongings of12level1indicators and50level2indicators.)Conclusion:This paper explore and establish the hospital culture assessment indicators system. The quantitatively and qualitative research work to hospital culture building, makes the hospital culture building system more standard, more scientific and more complete. For the development of the hospital culture building and the improvement of hospital connotation construction, it provides the theoretical framework and practice template.
