Hospital culture is an important factor of hospital development.It demonstrates the value,thinking and behavior of employees of hospital,and it is the core competitive advantage of hospital in the future.After experience management,scientific management,systematic management,culture management is a kind of theory and practice of management at a deeper level.Therefore,we need to form the culture which includes the culture for the employees of hospital and the culture for the people who need medical service.Recently,doctor-patient relationship has become tensely,and the conflict between doctor and patient has escalated.Doctors are hurt by patients often.It is a negative impact on health of doctors and the stability of society.Consequently,people hope the hospital culture to push the construction of “peace hospital” going forward.The core task of the "peace hospital" is to build up a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in the new situation.Therefore,hospital culture plays a significant role in structure of the "peace hospital".Firstly,based on the connotation of hospital culture,research group summarized that the hospital culture includes the characteristics of integrity,stability,sociality,time,innovation and transmission,and discussed the effect of hospital culture as well.The author believes that hospital culture would enhance the cohesion of the hospital,motivate employee's inner potential,educate people positively,standardize medical behavior and solve problems.It also can give a theory for building up the “peace hospital".Secondly,the questionnaire was carried out systematically in employees' group and patients' group.The best way to build up “peace hospital” is to establish the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,so the high rate of job satisfaction is an important factor for employee to improve the relationship.At the same time,the high rate of medical experience satisfaction is also an important factor for patient to improve the relationship.Consequently,the data of questionnaire was from 224 employees and 291 patients,and it was used to analyze how the rate of job satisfaction and medical experience satisfaction influence the relationship between doctors and patients.Finally,based on the research,the dissertation described the background,meaning and target of “peace hospital”,and it discussed the importance and impact of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,medical quality and safety,a harmonious public environment,hospital management,medical ethics and normal medical order.The results of this research could give some suggestions to hospitals to improve their works and build up “peace hospital”.
