Female Teachers And Officials' Healthy State And Influence Factors' Analysis

Background Among modern society, with the constant protections of women's social position, more and more people pay more attentions to the problems of women's health. During the forth Women's Congress of the whole world, some resolutions such as <Program of actions >and <The development summary of Chinese women(2021-2010 years)>,had been stated to develop the women's healthy problems, and at the same time placed it as one of the most important fields. Because of the special physiological phenomenons of women, special endocrine systems and special social interventions and so on, all of these influence their bodies and psychology, but at the same time, they are the same with the men ,have to meet the challenges and competitions, which are brought by the development of economic globalization and knowledge economy developments, they have to renewal knowledge constantly, so as to improve their qualities and competitive power. They not only have made great contributions to the developments of the whole society, but also they have to act traditional roles excellently, helping husband godchild for example, withstanding all sorts of pressures which come from society, working and family. All of these pressures have influence their health of body and psychology, results of working and living qualities[1].Female teachers and female officials are the most important members of women, they have accepted higher educations. Every day, they try their best on their own operating posts to make great contributions to human's culture, to social progress. Teachers have been called"Engineers of human's soul", officials have also made great contributions to human and society, all of their healths should be payed more attentions to. But massive studies have confirmed that the health of their body and psychology are not optimistic, summarized the reasons of these: 1.Consciousnesses of their health and health care are insufficient, their understanding of regular health physical examinations is insufficient too.2.The knowledge of preventions of common diseases and frequently-occuring diseases are lacked, habits and customs of living are not scientific;3.Lacking the physical training, their bodies and psychology are under nervous state, the abilities of adjust moods and relief pressures are disappointing.Objective(s) In view of existence questions we have mentioned in front, professionals in physical examination center of Number Two Hospital of Chao Yang District examined female teachers of some primary school of Hu Jialou School District and female officials in Labor bureau of Chao Yang District,they contrast and analyze the results of healthy physical examinations, analyzing the differences of healthy conditions ,between these two different occupations, and at the same time discussing the factors which influences their healths further. This study uses group sampling to contrast and analyze the differences of the results of physical examinations between 718 female examples of teachers and 332 female examples of officals, and analyzing the influence factors.Method This study uses group sampling, female teachers(718 examples) who come from Hu Jialou School District and female officials (332 examples) who come from Labor bureau of Chao Yang District in Beijing, they are the objects of this study, all of they(1040 examples in total) have carried on physical examinations in Number Two Hospital of Chao Yang District in Beijing from March to December in 2010.While they were carrying on physical examinations, they had completed questionnaire surveys, which is on"the investigation about healthy persons", finally, specialized persons analyze the results of healthy physical examinations combined with the results of complexions of the questionnaire surveys.Results⑴During 1050 examples of this study's objectives, there are 718 female teachers and 332 female officials, almost all of their years of schooling are high, the number of faculty and below occupies 6.48% among the 718 examples of teachers, and the number of undergraduate course and above occupies 93.52% among teachers; while during the female officials, the number of faculty and below occupies 3.14%,and the number of undergraduate course and above occupies 96.86%.⑵There are 841 female teachers in Hu Jialou School District in total(including persons who are retired), but the number who have come to take part in this physical examination is 718 in fact, its completed rate is 85.37%; and there are 381 female officials in labor bureau of Chao Yang District, 332 examples of them have taken part in this physical examination, and its completed rate is 87.14%.⑶During the teachers ,diseases which detection rate are quite high are mammary gland proliferation(58.80%), hypertension sickness(38.55%), blood fats unusual(35.61%), fatty liver(30.59%), hyperglycemia (21.23%), and obese(14.80%).⑷During the officials,diseases of high detection rate is hypertension (29.81%),mammary gland proliferation(58.80%), fatty liver (20.19%), blood fats unusual (13.98%), obese(9.63%), hyperglycemia (1.86%).⑸The analysis of factors that influences teachers'health:①Risk factors of hypertension are age, family history, body weight index, heavy working pressures, food habits, and its protection factors are participate in the sports;②Risk factors of blood fats unusual are body weight index, intaking more eggs, and its protection factors are control weight positively, intaking more fresh vegetables;③Risk factors of hyperglycemia are family history, heavy working pressures, and protective factors are participates in the sports, controlling weight and intaking more vegetables;④Risk factors of obese are age, family history and heavy working pressures ,and protective factors are controlling weight;⑤Risk factors of mammary gland proliferation are age, heavy working pressures, and its protective factors are participate in the sports;⑥Risk factors of fatty liver are age, body weight index, and its protection factors are intaking more fresh vegetables.⑹Factors influence female officials analyzing:①Risk factors of hypertension are age, family history, body weight index and using coffee frequently, and protective factors are participate in the sports;②Risk factors of blood fats unusual are body weight index, and its protection factors are controlling weight;③Risk factors of hyperglycemia are family history, heavy working pressures, and protective factors are participate in the sports, controlling weight and intaking more fresh vegetables;④Risk factors of obese are family history, heavy working pressures, and protective factors are controlling weight, intaking more vegetables;⑤Risk factors of mammary gland proliferation are age, working pressures, protection factors are participate in the sports;⑥Risk factors of fatty liver are age, body weight index, and protection factors are participate in the sports and intaking more and more fresh vegetables.Conclusion(s)(1)Detection rate: During the teachers, the highest detection rate of diseases is mammary gland proliferation, and others are hypertension, blood fats unusual, fatty liver, hyperglycemia and obese in turn; while during the officials, the highest is hypertension, and mammary gland proliferation, fatty liver, blood fats unusual, obese and hyperglycemia in turn.(2)Analysis of influence factors: age, family history, body weight index, heavy working pressures and so on are almost the same risk factors of these Chronic illnesses, and participate in the sports, controlling weight, intaking more and more fresh vegetables and fruits can protect these Chronic illnesses.
