Study On The Distribution Of Sub-healthy College Teachers' Tradition Chinese Medicine Syndrome

Objective:Sub-health is an unhealthy state between health and disease,it seriously impacts people's life quality. It's one of the focuses of the medical field because of its high occurrencerate. The target of this research is a sub-healthy College teachers of hebei province,it researches the emergence state,clinic symptom,tongue coating and pulse condition,the distribution of syndrome and the proportion of each syndrome by applying the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome questionnaires of self-designed and epidemiological cross-sectional study. And then to understanding the degree of acceptance of the College teachers to acupuncture and moxibustion by this investigation. Hope seeking a convenient and efficacious means of prevention and cure on sub-health for next step.Methods:1 Designed the sub-healthy questionnaire ,on the basis of extensive reading ,studying on the related field ,and verification by the relevant expert layer upon layer. And then measured the reliability and valibity of the sub-healthy questionnaire after the small range investigation.2 Used the approach of cross-sectional study,adopted the on-the-spot investigation method,letted respondents fill in the sub-healthy questionnaire,combined the clinical examination results ,judged the health status(include health , sub-health and disease). Gathered the respondent's information material of the four diagnosis methods of the traditional Chinese medicine through doctor's interview at the same time and carried on differentiation of symptoms and signs according to the relevant syndromes standard of the Chinese medicine.3 Established a data bank of the sub-healthy crowd, which was used to have statistical analysis according to their belonging to measurement data or numeration data. Then tried to study the emergence state, clinical manifestation, the distribution of the Chinese medicine syndromes, and the ratio of the each syndrome.Results: In this investigation among 183 effective teachers,the female 102 and the male 81,there are 93 teachers in sub-healthy state, and in this there are female 60 and male 33. The total prevalence rate is 50.82% The prevalent rate of female is 58.82%,the prevalent rate of male is 40.74%,the prevalent rate of female is higher than the male(P<0.01). The prevalent rate of sub-healthy College teachers according to age stratification is: under age 30 the number is 16,and the rate is 69.57%;between the 31-40 year old the number is 35,the rate is 45.90%; between the 41-50 year old the number is 28,the rate is 50.72%, between the 51-60 year old the number is 14,the rate is 46.67%. In the female of 102 the occurrence rate of sub-healthy College teachers according to age stratification is :under age 30 the number is 8, and the rate is 34.78%, between the 31-40 year old the number is 24,the rate is 34.78%; between the 41-50 year old the number is 20,the rate is 32.79%, between the 51-60 year old the number is 8,the rate is 26.67%. In the male of 81 the prevalent rate of sub-healthy College teachers according to age stratification is: under age 30 the number is 8, and the rate is 34.78%, between the 31-40 year old the number is 11,the rate is 15.94%; between the 41-50 year old the number is 8,the rate is 13.11%, between the 51-60 year old the number is 6,the rate is 20.00%,we can see, the teacher above 30 years old the sub-health prevalent rate of female is higher than the male obviously. The investigation showed that the major Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome and the proportion of syndrome of the sub-healthy College teachers is: retention of turbid and blood stasis, the rate is 33.33%;the deprellion of the liver generates pathogency fire, the rate is 11.83 %;fluid retention caused by hypofunction of the spleen, the rate is 10.75%;heart-spleen deficiene, the rate is 13.98 %; liver qi deprellion and stagnation, the rate is 12.90 %; liver-kidney deficiency, the rate is 10.75 %;and the others rate is 6.45%.Conc1usion: The emergence state of a College teachers of hebei province slightly lower than the investigation index of international and domestic, It's 50.82%.Maybe, It's related that the our investigational city is a middle developed area. However, we must unnegligible this accurrence rate. On the contrary ,we should make an enough enphasized to the College teachers'healthy, especially for the young teachers of between the 31-40 year old,and at the same we should pay more attention to the female teachers'sub-healthy. In this investigation showed that the most common Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome of the College teachers'sub-health is retention of turbid and blood stasis (33.33%).And the investigation showed that the Traditional Chinese Medicine and the acupuncture and moxibustion need further developping to the College teachers by correlative representative people.
