Objective: This study focused on the civil servant's health problems and related influencing factors, to understand in a certain district of Changchun civil servant's health status, to the civil servants of the prevalence and epidemiological analysis, comparison of different age, sex, work between rank difference of prevalence, lifestyle behaviors and health effects of civil servants, especially with a number of chronic diseases among the relationship between them.Methods: Changchun City some area of the organs of civil servants in 2009 physical examination data basis for research, self-designed" civil servants" health questionnaire investigation, investigation content includes : the civil service population sociological features, behaviors and ways of life and other projects.Results:In 510 civil servants, to 30-50 years old mostly, male was more than female, sex ratio of 1.10 : 1; undergraduate education accounted for 79%, level of education is good; the vast majority of study subjects are married, accounted for about 90%; among family economic income is higher than that with the Changchun city dweller average wage level, monthly income in 2000 ~ 4000 yuan accounted for 46%; 4000 yuan and above accounted for 53%. Physical examination showed, in addition to the height and weight of the two physical examination content, other items were found, the top five diseases were: nutritional and metabolic diseases, diseases of the circulatory system, digestive system diseases, diseases of the genitourinary system, urinary system diseases. In the detection of disease, one of the top five diseases ( excluding men with prostate disease and female gynecologic diseases ) for dyslipidemia ( 37.45%), fatty liver ( 20.59% ), hypertension ( 20.20%), overweight and obesity ( 18.04%), chronic cholecystitis ( 7.06%), the above diseases were chronic diseases. Overall, the civil servants group health worrying. The detection rate of top five diseases, hypertension, dyslipidemia, overweight and obesity in gender differences have statistical significance. Physical examination result show, in 510 officials, various disease prevalence with civil servants were increased, the detection rate of the top five diseases in the 51 ~ 60 age group, the highest prevalence rate. Lipid abnormalities, hypertension, fatty liver and the prevalence of overweight and obesity in different age groups there were statistically significant differences. In 510 officials, the detection rate of the top five diseases, deputy division level and above groups each disease prevalence is highest, dyslipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver, overweight and obesity and chronic cholecystitis in different rank groups there were statistically significant differences. A number of lifestyle behaviors are the factors influencing disease. Overweight and obesity are dyslipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver and chronic cholecystitis risk factors; pickled food, sweet food, convenience food is overweight and obesity risk factors, and frequent consumption of fresh vegetables and regular physical exercise is overweight and obesity in the protective factors. Smoking is dyslipidemia, hypertension influencing factors; drinking is abnormal blood lipids, fatty liver, hypertension, chronic cholecystitis risk factors. According to the research data analysis, found that gender was the only effects of the influencing factors of smoking, gender and rank is to influence the drinking behavior factors, the higher the rank, the higher the rate of alcohol. Regular consumption of preserved foods and fatty liver, hypertension, risk factors of overweight and obesity among; regular consumption of sweets are abnormal blood lipids, fatty liver, overweight and obesity risk factors; regular consumption of convenience foods are dyslipidemia, hypertension risk factors; regular consumption of fresh vegetables are dyslipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver, overweight and obesity protective factors.Conclusion: 1, A district of Changchun organs of civil servants has about 64.71% suffer from one or more diseases, including chronic disease prevalence rate is high; 2, The detection rate of the top five diseases ( excluding men with prostate disease and female gynecologic diseases ) for dyslipidemia ( 37.45%), fatty liver ( 20.59% ), hypertension ( 20.20%), overweight and obesity ( 18.04%), chronic cholecystitis ( 7.06%), the above diseases were chronic diseases; 3, The area of the organs of civil servants of certain diseases ( dyslipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver, overweight and obesity, chronic cholecystitis ) prevalence in different sex, age, job rank between statistical difference; 4, The crowd certain lifestyle behaviors associated with certain diseases are closely related.
