| Objective: To discusses the function of Tim-3 in the natural abortion and immunological tolerance, and to analyze it with the relationship of stopped growth of the embryo.Method: 14 pregnant women were selected who have been diagnosed stopped growth of the embryo in our hospital was for the experimental group, normal pregnant women and health non-pregnant women each 14 examples were for control groups at random in November, 2009 - July, 2010. We examined each group with peripheral blood mononuclear cell's Th1/Th2 cells' percentage ,and also examined each group with Tim-3 member expression situation with RT-PCR in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, and statistical analysis was done with the result.Result: The stopped growth of the embryo women group, normal pregnant women group, the health non-pregnant women group's Th1/Th2 cell's percentage have been examined. The CD4+ Th1 cell and Th2 cell's quantity has been too few, which is unable to calculate its Th1/Th2 cell's ratio. So it is unable to compare each group of the ratio whether to have statistical differences. We have examined each group of the Tim-3 member expression, and compared the result of each group, which showed the results have not obvious statistical significances, P>0.05.Concludion: In this experiment's objects of study, the Tim-3 member has not possibly participated in the occurrence of natural abortion. |
