| Objective:Through the observation of effect of YiqibusheFang in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion of low immune recognition in mother-embryo and the pregnancy outcome, analyze the effect on the regulation of Blocking Antibody, in order to afford one more convenient, effective, low risk and easier way in clinic.Methods:The study was divided into two parts of theoretical and clinical research.Theoretical research:Analysis of relevant literature, to summarize the advances of traditional medicine and modern medicine diagnosis and treatment of RSA. Clinical research:To collect 108 Patients with a history of recurrent miscarriage who are in treatment in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from October 2014 to February 2016.It were randomly divided into two groups, Chinese medicine group and immune group,54 cases each group:Chinese medicine group with YiqibushenFang, while the Immune group will be given husband’s leukocyte intracutaneous injection every four weeks. Both groups check the blocking antibodies at the end of the first period of treatment. If the BA increased, the patients should be arranged to prepare for pregnancy, and the treatment continues to pregnant 16 weeks.Results: ① Blocking Effect:Compared to pre treatment, the level of BE of both two groups have significant difference after treatment(p<0.01). The level of BE(anti CD3-BE、CD4-BE、CD25-BE) between two groups have no difference after treatment(p>0.05).(2)Ab1、Ab2:Compared to pre treatment, the level of Ab1、Ab2 of both two groups have significant difference after treatment(p<0.01). After treatment, the level of both two between two groups have no difference (p>0.05).③Next pregnancy cases:Chinese medicine group is 38 cases, while Immune group is 37 cases; Failure pregnancy cases:Chinese medicine group is 8 cases, while Immune group is 9. Therefore, the pregnancy rates of two groups are 70.37% and 70.37% respectively; and the pregnancy success rates are 78.95% and 75.68% respectively.④The outcomes of pregnancy:Chinese medicine group contains 17 cases of pregnancy succeed in smooth production,13 cases of more than 16 weeks of pregnancy ultrasound tip live intrauterine fetal development well.Conclusions:①YiqibusheFang can increase the level of BE in the treatme nt of recurrent spontaneous abortion of low immune recognition in mother-embryo. ②YiqibusheFang can increase the level of Abl and Ab2 in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion of low immune recognition in mother-embryo. ③Both two methods have similar creative effect of the pregnancy rates and the pregnancy success rates.④Both two methods can improve pregnancy outcomes, reduce the occurrence of abortion, avoid a dverse pregnancy outcomes. ⑤YiqibusheFang can increase the level of B E、Ab1 and Ab2, to adjust the immune balance in order to get a succes sful pregnancy with advantages of simple, effective, low risk and easy po pularization. |
