Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To investigate the correlation factors of spontaneous abortion in IVF-ET, offer preventive guidance.Methods:Retrospective 120 pregnancy patients who accepted IVF-ET for gametes transporting barriers or Serious Oligoasthenozoospermic abnormal sperm disease during January1,2007-June30,2009 at the Reproductive Medical Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical university, divide them into abortion group 50cases and non-abortion group 70cases according to the pregnancy outcome,take their age,infertility length,BMI,abortion history,uu infection,basic sex hormone,COH program,Gn types and amounts,dHCG sex hormone,dETEm thickness and type, fertilization method, oocyte situation,CES, excellent embryos,pregnancyembryos,luteal support program into single-factor analysis and Multi-factoranalysis to find the correlation factors of spontaneous abortionin IVF-ET, predict the outcome by ETd14±2HCG,then construct the Prediction Modelwith theclosely correlation factors.Results:1. Infertile length,abortion history,uu infection,basic and dHCGendocrine hormone,Gn,dETEm type,fertilization method,ovum situation,CES,luteum support program,ETd14±2Prog have no correlation with abortion(P>0.05).2. Age,dETEm thickness,ET excellent embryos,ETd14±2HCG,pregnancy Embryos are closely related with the occurrence of abortion,in which the regression coefficient of age is positive,is a risk factor,the others are protective factors.3. Construct the Prediction Model with the closely correlation factors. LogitP=2.35+0.14*X1-0.24*X2-0.86*X3-1.03*X4-1.18*X5 (X1=Age X2=dETEm thickness X3=ET excellent embryos X4=ETd14±2HCG X5=pregnancy embryos)Prediction Model could have 73.3% abortion rate.Conclusion:1.The age is closely related to the abortion of IVF-ET,older patients will have hign abortion rate.2.dETEm thickness is closely related to the abortion of IVF-ET,curing poor endometrium actively could reduce the abortion rate.3.ET excellent embryos are closely related to the abortion of IVF-ET, Improving the quality of transferred embryos could reduce the abortion rate.4.ETd14±2HCG can prodict pragnancy outcome. ETd14±2HCG< 100 mlU/ml may lead to early abortion.
