Clinical Efficiency Of Sputum-Qingning Retention Enema On Treating Sepsis

Objective:Observe the sputum clear better retention enema Chinese medicine treatment of sepsis and the clinical curative effect of serum IL-6and CRP levels of influence.Method:In the study, the prospective randomized, controlled trial method,60patients with septic patients were randomly divided into phlegm qing ning retention enema and regular treatment group (hereinafter referred to as the treatment group, n=30) and clean enema and regular treatment group (hereinafter referred to as the control group, n=30), respectively, in before and after the treatment for seven days for APACHE Ⅱ score and SOFA score, evaluate the clinical curative effect. By ELISA method (ELISA) was serum IL-6, by immune projection method to determine the turbidity than c-reactive protein (C-reactive protein, CRP).Results:Two groups of patients before treatment APACHE Ⅱ ratings, SOFA score, IL-6and CRP level is, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients APACHE Ⅱ score and the SOFA rating decreased (P<0.05), but the treatment group down more obvious (P<0.05). Treatment for7days two groups of serum IL-6and CRP levels are down significantly (P<0.05), but the treatment group decline was even greater, compared with controls, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1, sputum-qing ning retention enema may reduce the septic patients serum promote inflammation medium IL-6level and CRP level, adjust pus promote inflammation/anti-inflammatory factor of balance, and so to improve clinical therapeutic effect.2. the research process no bad reaction, sputum qing ning to retention enema septic patients are safe and reliable effective method.
