| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical security and validity of shuanglian zhiketang in treating acute bronchitis and explored the mechanism of it.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups at random.30 patients in treatment group were treated with shuanglian zhiketang,bidpo.30 patients in control group were treated with luohuazizhupian 3pieces tidpo and jinbeitankeqingkeli lbag tidpo.The related items were measured before and after the treatment.Results:1.Total curative effect:The clinked study showed that the contrast group 86.6% compares with the treatment group 96.6%,there were significant differences in sexual significance (p<0.05), Group treatment efficacy superior contrast group.2.Chinese medicine certificate pending efficacy comparison:There were significant differences in sexual significance (=p<0.05) in-Group treatment-efficacy superior contrast group.3,Major symptoms:There were significant differences in sexual significance (p<0.05)in Cough and expectoration,though there was no significant differences(p>0.05) in wheeze.4.Safety compared:the blood routine and urine examination,biochemical inspection and Ecg examination have no significance (p>0.05),which means shuanglian zhiketang is safety and efficiency.5.otherwise:other symptoms,x ray and laboratory examination improve either.Conclusions:This study enriches the theory of TCM treating acute bronchitis and it is indicated that shuanglian zhiketang has obvious effect and less side effects. |
