| Purpose:Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon were used to treat the uterine leiomyoma, by observing the hemorheology index before and after the treatment,to explore the Pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon,and also to assess the therapeutic efficiency of Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon.Method:50 cases of uterine leiomyoma who were selected according to diagnostic criterionare were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and control group(20 cases).Treatment groups were treated by Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon in non-menstrual side.Control groups were treated by Da Huang Zhe Chong Wan.A whole medication course last 3 menstrual cycles.Obserbe the changement of TCM syndrome and signs and hemorheology index before and after the treatment,and then analyze them.Results:1.The changement of the TCM syndrome:The TCM syndrome of both groups were am eliorated,and there are significant differences(p<0.01).The treatment groups' TCM syndrome were ameliorated better than the control groups,and there are significant differences(p<0.05).2.The ch angement of the Uterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores:The Uterine si ze, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores of both groups before and after treatmen t showed significant differences(p<0.05),while the Uterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hys teromyoma scores of the two groups after treatment showed unsignificant differences(p>0.05).3. The changement of hemorheology indexs:The High-shear and Low -shear whole blood viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and Hematocrit of the treatment groups before and after treatment sho wed significant differences(p<0.01).The Mid -shear whole blood viscosity of the treatment grou ps before and after treatment also showed significant differences(p<0.05).The High-shear and Lo w-shear whole blood viscosity,and Hematocrit of the control groups before and after treatment showed significant differences(p<0.01).The plasma specific viscosity and Mid -shear whole blo od viscosity of the control groups before and after treatment also showed significant differences (p<0.05).The High-shear and Low -shear whole blood viscosity,plasma specific viscosity of the two groups after treatment showed significant differences(p<0.05).4.The comparison of therapeuti c effect:The total effective rate of the treatment groups in ameliorating the TCM syndrome was 70%,while the control groups was 30%.Two groups'total effective rate of ameliorating the T CM syndrome showed significant differences(p<0.05).The total effective rate of both two groups in minifing the Hysteromyoma size was 60%,the two groups show unsignificant differences(p> 0.05).The comprehensive total effective rate of the treatment groups was 93.33%, while the con trol group was 65%.The two groups' comprehensive total effective rate showed significant differ ences(p<0.05).onclusion:1.Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon can ameliorate the TCM syndrome of patients with uterine leiomyoma,and can do it better than Da Huang Zhe Chong Wan..2.Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon can control the Hysteromyoma size.3.Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon can ameliorate the hemorheology index of patients with uterine leiomyoma,which offer a foundation for treating uterine leiomyoma by TCM. |
