| Purpose:By using the Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang and the Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule to remedy desperately 30 cases of uterine leiomyoma which are discriminated of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis,so as to observe the improvement of the gynaecology fibroid size changes and clinical symptoms in patients,including to judge the clinical effect of Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang and to explore an effective treatment plan on mordern clinical treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:In this study,we divided 60 cases of uterine fibroids which are discriminated of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis into treatment group and observation group according to the principle of randomization.Each group includes 30 cases.The treatment group used the Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang which is summarized by Professor Shi Yanqiu,as well as the observation group used the Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule.Three months are defined as a course of treatment.After twe continuous courses of treatment,we make an observation on the improvement of the gynaecology fibroid size changes and clinical symptoms and standardize it into clinical data according to standard treatment guidelines,so as we can analyze the data statistically to evaluate the curative effect.Results:Firstly,Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang has a significant effect on reduction of uterine leiomyoma(P<0.01),while Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule has no significant effect(P>0.05).In the treatment group,the cure rate is 6%,the marked effective rate is 27%,the effective rate is 47%,the inefficient rate is 20%,the total effective rate is 80%.In the observation group,the cure rate is 0%,the marked effective rate is 3%,the effective rate is 17%,the inefficient rate is 80%,the total effective rate is 20%.Secondly,Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang and Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule both has a significant effect on improving clinical symptoms(P<0.01).In the treatment group,the cure rate is 23%,the marked effective rate is 17%,the effective rate is 53%,the inefficient rate is 7%,the total effective rate is 93.33%.In the observation group,the cure rate is 3%,the marked effective rate is 10%,the effective rate is 57%,the inefficient rate is 30%,the total effective rate is 70%.At the same time.we found that the clinical effect of Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang is obviously better than Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule(P<0.01).Also,Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang is obviously better than Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule on improving menorrhagia and menostaxis(P<0.01).and better on improving dim complexio(P<0.05).,There was no statistically significant difference between Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang and Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule on improving the colour,the concentration of menstruation,hypogastralgia and breast tenderness(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang has a significant effect on uterine leiomyoma which is discriminated of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis.To be specific,Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang can effectively reduce the size of uterine fibroids and improve several clinical symptoms like menorrhagia,menostaxis,dim complexio,the menstruation situation,hypogastralgia and breast tenderness.Through the study,we prove that Xing Qi Xiao Zheng Fang can be used in clinical treatment of uterine leiomyoma in patients of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis,and can provide effective evidence for clinical evidence. |
