Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Uterine Leiomyoma Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type With Jiajiewengjing Decoction

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,changes of uterine leiomyoma area before and after treatment,and drug safety,the mechanism of action and the law of drug use were discussed by observing the clinical efficacy,clinicalsymptoms,area of uterine leiomyoma and drug safety of Jiajiejing decoction in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type uterine leiomyoma.Methods:In this study,60 patients who met the corresponding selection criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).Before treatment,the age,course of disease,disease degree,menarche age,leiomyoma area,TCM symptoms and signs integral and other basic data of the two groups were analyzed.it was concluded that there was no statistical difference between the two groups,which was comparable.In the aspect of treatment,the treatment group was treated with modified Wenjing decoction,3 times a day,150 ml each time;The control group was given women Yangxue pills(2 times a day,1 pack each time),Hongjin Xiaojietablets(3 times a day,4 tablets each time)and Xuefu Zhuyu tablets(2 times a day).6 tablets each time,the course of treatment was3 months in both groups.At the end of the treatment,SPSS software was used to analyze the data of the relevant therapeutic indicators in order to draw the conclusions of the study.Results:The treatment group did not have any adverse reactions in the course of this experimental study;the control group had 1 case of urination frequency and 1 case of epigastric discomfort in the course of medication,and the discomfort symptoms were relieved after the relevant symptomatic treatment,all of which could continue to participate in the experimental study.The blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram of the two groups were measured before and after treatment,and no obvious abnormality was found.After the analysis of the relevant clinical curative effect indexes,the following results are obtained:(1)There was no significant difference in age,menarche age,course of disease,disease degree,leiomyoma size and TCM symptom and sign score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)Compared with the total clinical curative effect after treatment,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 80.00% and 63.33%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The results showed that in the overall clinical efficacy,the addition and reduction of Wenjing decoction was better than that of the control group.(3)After treatment,the effective rates of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 83.33% and 70.00%,respectively.there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The results showed that the curative effect of adding and reducing temperature meridian decoction was better than that of the control group in the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect.(4)By comparing the changes of myoma area before and after treatment,it was concluded that both the treatment group and the control group could effectively reduce the myoma area,and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).The results showed that the decoction could not only effectively reduce the area of leiomyoma,but also the curative effect was better than that of the control group.(5)Through the comparison of the changes of TCM symptoms and signs before and after treatment,it was found that the treatment group and the control group could significantly reduce the scores of symptoms and signs,and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).The results showed that the decoction could obviously reduce the integral and improve the symptoms and signs of uterine leiomyoma,and the effect was better than that of the control group.(6)After comparison,there was no significant difference in the curative effect between different age groups,different course of disease stages and different disease degrees in the treatment group(P > 0.05).It shows that the curative effect of adding and reducing temperature and meridian decoction is not affected by age,course of disease,condition and other factors,and has a wide range of applicability.Conclusion:Compared with the control group,it has obvious advantages in alleviating symptoms,improving signs,reducing the area of leiomyoma,reducing the recurrence rate and so on.It is an effective method to treat uterine leiomyoma with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,which is worthy of further clinical study.
