The Clinical Research Of The Influence Of Jia Jian-ping Ji Decoctionon On The Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor In Patients With Uterine Leiomyoma

Purpose:Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon were used to treat the uterine leiomyoma, by observing the vascular endothelial growth factor before and after the treatment,to explore the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon,and also to assess the therapeutic efficiency of Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon.Methods:Forty-one cases of uterine leiomyoma patients who were selected according to diagnostic criterionare were randomly divided into the treatment group(21cases) and control group(20cases).Treatment groups were treated by Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon.Control groups were treated by Da Huang Zhe Chong Wan. Non-menstrual period taking medicine. Three months for a course. After the end of treatment, SPSS software is used for analysis before and after treatment symptoms and signs score and vascular endothelial growth factor changes, the treatment group and control group group differences observed after treatment.Results:(1)The improvement of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome:The TCM syndrome of both groups were ameliorated, and there are significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment group’s TCM syndrome were ameliorated better than the control groups,and there are significant differences(P<0.05).(2)The changement of the Uterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores: The Uterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores of both groups before and after treatment showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05), the Uterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores of the two groups after treatment showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05)(3)Changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF):The VEGF of both groups were ameliorated, the treatment group’s VEGF are significant differences(P<0.05), the control groups showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05).The treatment group’s VEGF were ameliorated better than the control groups,and there are significant differences(P<0.05).(4)The comparison of curative effect:The total effective rate of the treatment groups in ameliorating the TCM syndrome was71.4%,while the control groups was31.8%.Two groups’ total effective rate of ameliorating the TCM syndrome showed significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment groups in minifing the Hysteromyoma size was66.7%,the total effective rate of the control groups in minifing the Hysteromyoma size was65%,the two groups show unsignificant differences(P>0.05).The comprehensive total effective rate of the treatment groups was90.5%, while the control group was60%.The two groups’ comprehensive total effective rate showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:l.Jia jian-ping ji Decoctions can ameliorate the TCM syndrome of patients with uterine leiomyoma,and can do it better than Da Huang Zhe Chong Wan,.2. Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon can ectively reduce patients VEGF indicators, can control the fibroids angiogenesis, and achieve the purpose of controlling the growth of fibroids, provide the basis for Traditional Chinese Medicine conservative treatment of uterine fibroids.
