The Clinical Research Of The Influence Of Jia Wei Ping Ji Decoctionon On The Insulin-like Growth Factor-1in Patients With Uterine Leiomyoma

Object:Jia wei ping ji Decoctionon were used to treat the uterine leiomyoma, by observing the Insulin-like growth factor-1before and after the treatment,to explore the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Jia wei ping ji Decoctionon,and also to assess the therapeutic efficiency of Jia wei ping ji Decoctionon.Methods:Sixty cases of uterine leiomyoma patients who were selected according to diagnostic criterionare were randomly divided into the treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases).Treatment groups were treated by Jia wei ping ji Decoctionon.Control groups were treated by gui zhi fu ling encapsulants.Non-menstrual period taking medicine.Three months for a course.After the end of treatment, SPSS software is used for analysis before and after treatment symptoms and signs score and Insulin-like growth factor-I changes, the treatment group and control group group differences observed after treatment.Results:(1)The improvement of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome:The TCM syndrome of both groups were ameliorated, and there are significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment group’s Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome were ameliorated better than the control groups,and there are significant differences(P<0.05).(2)The changement of the Uterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores:TheUterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores of both groups before and after treatment showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05), the uterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores of the two groups after treatment showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05)(3)Changes of Insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-1):The IGF-1of both groups were ameliorated, the treatment group’s IGF-1are significant differences(P<0.05), the control groups showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05).The treatment group’s IGF-1were ameliorated better than the control groups and there are significant differences(P <0.05).(4)The comparison of curative effect:The total effective rate of the treatment groups in ameliorating the TCM syndrome was70%,while the control groups was43.33%.Two groups1total effective rate of ameliorating the TCM syndrome showed significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment groups in evaluating the Hysteromyoma size was30%,the total effective rate of the control groups in evaluating the Hysteromyoma size was10%,the two groups show unsignificant differences(P>0.05).The comprehensive total effective rate of the treatment groups was90%, while the control group was53.33%.The two groups’ comprehensive total effective rate showed significant differenccs(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Jia weiping ji Decoctions can ameliorate the TCM syndrome of patients with uterine leiomyoma,and can do it better than gui zhi fu ling encapsulants.2. Jia wei ping ji Decoctionon can ectively reduce patients IGF-1indicators, can control the fibroids angiogenesis, and achieve the purpose of controlling the growth of fibroids, provide the basis for Traditional Chinese Medicine conservative treatment of uterine fibroids.
