The Clinical Research On Precaution And Treatment Of Pain After Hemorrhoid Operation By Ear Acupoint

Background:Pain is the most common complication after hemorrhoid operation, so patients feel scared of surgery. Pain after hemorrhoid operation can also influence system of circulation,respiration,digestion,internal secretion and immunifaction and have deverse effect on the rehabilitation.So it is significant to take effective precaution to prevent beforehand pain after hemorrhoid operation and to lessen the degree.Purpose:In an effort to achieve a convenient effective cheap safty and easily accepted analgesic method by applying ear acupointion and control group.Merthod:Divid 45 patients with mix hemorrhoids who comply with the standard randomly into three groups: treatment groupA(15 cases),treatment groupB(15 cases)and control group(15cases).The treatment groupA acupoints ears before the surgery and intervenous drop trometamol after surgery; the treatment groupB acupoints ears and intervenous drop trometamol after surgery; the control group only intervenous drop trometamol after surgery. Then we compare them in therapeutic effect,complications such as edema and urinary retention, pain scores is accesed by visual analogue pain scales (VAS)Result:1,3hours,6hours,12hours,24hours,48hours,72hours, VAS of ear acupointion before and after surgery is obviously lower than control group, but ear acupointion before and after surgery doesn't has significant difference.2,The incidence of urinary retention of the three groups of patients has no significant difference.3,The degree of edama of ar acupointion before and after surgery is obviously lower than control group, but ear acupointion before and after surgery doesn't has significant difference.Conclusion:1,ear acupointion is safty and effective for precaution and treatment of pain after hemorrhoid operation; 2,ear acupointion can also reduce complications such as edema and urinary retention; 3,ear acupointion can be further researched and generalized.
