Clinical Observation Of The Treatment On Pain After The External Cleavage And Internal Ligation Operation For Mixed Hemorrhoid By Mixture Of Methylthioninium Chloride

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment on pain after the operation for Mixed hemorrhoid. It finds an economical,convenient and efficient method of treatment on pain after the operation for Mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:A randomized study was made in 60 patients,the study Group (30 cases) received the treatment of Mixture of methylthioninium chloride,the control group (30 cases) received the treatment of taking daifen(Diclofenac Sodium Dual Release Enteric-coated Capsules) Observe the treated effect and the improvement of syndrome accumulated points of the 2 groups.Results:the methods of study group can effectively relieve postoperative pain, better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).The efficacy of the study group was better than the control group.Conclusion:the effect and duration of the mixture of methylthioninium chloride is better than the control group. the study group has no obvious side effects and local skin allergies. so the mixture of methylthioninium chloride is security and suitable to treat postoperative pain.
