Clinical Reserch Of Chinese Medinine Fuqi Therapy For Pain And Other Symptoms On Hemorrhoid After Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of using ShouNianSan FuQi addition on treating clinic symptoms such as pain,dropsy,hemorrhage secretion,urinary retention and so on after operation of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome,operation choose Procedure for Prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)combined Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoids dectomy, to establish the principle of FuQi using traditional Chinese medicine, to enhances the clinical position FuQi of traditional Chinese medicine,It will provide effective clinical basis to study the effective mechanism of FuQi of traditional chinese medicine.Method:Sixty mixed hemorrhoids patients from Anorectal Branch of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital,who conforms to this research diagnosis standard,internalized standard and exclusion standard,and who conforms to damp-heat pouring downward syndrome according to differentiation of symptoms and signs from 2007.9 to 2008.4,were divided intotwo groups according to randomization method:the proportionality of the two groups was 1:1.Experimental group was using ShouNianSan addition of traditional Chinese medicine which basis prescription add borneol.ShoNnianShan addition of TCM is applied outside of the patients umbilical part shenque point everyday.Patients in the blank control group not use any medicine.One week was a period of treatment. The symptoms such as pains,dropsy,hemorrhage,urinary retention and so on and the common auxiliary index such as hospital days were all recorded before and after treatment,and then data in SPASS statistics software for statistical treatment to compare two groups of patients of each symptom improvement situation.Results:After one week's treatment,two groups patients' symptoms were improved,but difference existed.The two groups' accumulated points of pains, dropsy,hemorrhage secretion before treatment haven't significant difference(P＞0.05).After treatment,the statistical data indicated that experimental group's index such as degree of pians,extinction time of dropsy,volume of blood,change of urinary retention were surpass control group(P＜0.05),hospital days was obviously shorter than control group,the accumulated points of pains for the first paste bellybutton was better than control group,it all exists statistical difference.It hints that the paste bellybutton of traditional chinese medicine is valuable.Conclusion:The FuQi of traditional chinese medicine are playing the more and more important role in clinical practice,it can effectually improve common clinical symptoms such as pain,dropsy,hemorrhage secretion urinary retention and so on after operation of mixed hemorrhoids,can reduce the usage of pain medicine,can raise the patient's existence quantity.it can decrease the administrative rate and dosage of antalgic.It is safe and effective chinese durgs pharmaceutics.The principle of FuQi of traditional chinese medicine is that "differentiation of symptoms and signs,debates sickness",meanwhile, we can propose new medication thinking of the FuQi of traditional chinese medicine to treat Complications after operation of mixed hemorrhoids。...
