1.ObjectiveThe use of Bushen Tongqiao I prescription in the treatment of degenerative deafness of kidney essence was observed.The recovery of hearing and tinnitus and the changes of serum neutral sex hormone and SOD content were observed after treatment.The pharmacological mechanism and mechanism of Bushen Tongyu I prescription were discussed.2.MethodSixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the observation group and the treatment group according to the randomized controlled method.The observation group was given conventional drug treatment.The treatment group was given the Bushen Tongqiao I prescription on the basis of routine treatment.After 14 days of treatment,the effect of hearing recovery was evaluated by the criteria for sudden deafness.The efficacy of tinnitus was evaluated by the criteria for determining the efficacy of tinnitus,and the changes of serum levels of sex hormones and SOD before and after treatment were measured.3.ResultsBushen Tongqiao I can improve the curative effect of degenerative deafness in kidney essence,and it has a significant effect on hearing and tinnitus recovery.The total effective rate of hearing in the observation group was 53.3%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group with Bushen Tongyu I was 70%.After comparison,P<0.05,the difference was significant.The total effective rate of tinnitus in the observation group was 62.1%,and that in the treatment group was 82.1%.After comparison,P<0.05,the difference was significant.Bushen Tongqiao I can significantly improve the serum SOD content of patients,and can also correct the patient's sex hormone levels,mainly in improving male T content,lowering E2 level;increasing female E2 content,lowering T level,making male and female The T/E₂ ratio is maintained within a certain range and maintains a relatively balanced state.Bushen Tongqiao I prescription has a good effect on hearing and tinnitus in restoring kidney-defective sudden deafness,and its mechanism may be related to increasing SOD content and correcting sex hormone levels.4.ConclusionBushen Tongqiao I prescription has achieved good curative effect on the treatment of degenerative deafness of kidney essence.The mechanism of action may be related to improving the serum SOD content and correcting the sex hormone level,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
