An Analysis Of China Health Resource Allocation On The View Of Economics

Objective to identify the main problems and provide information for making plans on health resources allocation by analyzing the dynamic trends of quantity, structure, equalization,and efficiency of health resources in China .First,analyze the dynamic trends of per-capita health care resource.Second,using Gini coefficient and the ratio method calculate equalization degree of health care resources among national and provincial. Third , using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) evaluate technical efficiency and scale efficiency of health resource allocation of provinces with multi-inputs and multi-outputs. Last , the structure of health resource allocation can be restructured by using the results of DEA .Results:First ,China's per-capita health resources are very few and the trend of the number of it was improve,but the growth rate of it is lower than the growth rate of China economic development between 2002 and 2009. Second, the allocation of health care resources in population of China is fairly, and the trend of equalization will be enhanced. Third, In our country's 31 provinces, the per-capita health resources care was increased as the economic increase , but the per-capita health resourse in urban was decreased if the per GDP is lower than 20000RMB,and was increased if the per GDP is higher than 20000RMB. The per-capita health resourse in rura was increased fastly if the per GDP is lower than 20000RMB,but when the the per GDP is higher than 20000RMB,the number almost had not change;Forth, the allocation of health care resources in area of China provinces is fairly, but Provinces'gini coefficient of health care resourse and economic relations was like"v"in 2008 and the per capita GDP 20000RMB is the inflexion point . Fifth, the efficiency of health care resources allocation in China provinces and economic relations liked a obversion"N"in 2008 and the per capita GDP20000RMB and 40000RMB were two point of inflexion.
