.6 Under The Age Of Floating Population In Child Health Services Research

Children are the future and hope of our nation, because their physical and mental health is directly related to the quality and development of our country. To ensure the healthy growth of children is an investment in the development of social productive forces. The children with unhealthy growth are difficult to be the creative and energetic talents in the future, so that the children health care service is a very important issue. According to the growth characteristics of children, the health care service should focus on the children under the age of 6. In the planned economy era, the traditional three-tier network prevention services system could meet the needs of children health care service. However, the reform and opening up policy brought the rapid economic development and progress of urbanization. China appeared the tide of family migration with the farmers as the main body and main population inflow to urban, meanwhile, Shanghai also attracted a large number of flowing population and their children. The traditional children health care service was unable to meet the needs of new situation as a result of new factors brought by the flowing population, such as low degree of education, poor economic conditions, and weak awareness of children health care and lack of initiative.Based on analysis of historical evolution and basic characteristics of the children health care, with the service-oriented government and children health care theories, my thesis is demonstrated via the children health care services in Yangpu district as the practical research case, to offer a comprehensive, multi-system, multi-department, multi-level co-operation children health care service for children under 6 years old of flowing population in Shanghai, by the carrier of information system, with the characteristics such as" complementary items, combined items with principals, focusing on the principals"Focused on children health care services research, my thesis is mainly to demonstrate the following points. First, government departments must change the service concept, to take the civil oriented and social service oriented concept as a working principle,to make all the work started from the service, to strengthen department resources integration and linkage, and to put service for the flowing population of children into children health care management system. Second, the health care service for migrant children under the age of 6 which is a combination of medical and society requires the use of social resources to achieve the comprehensive management. Third, children health care services must adapt to the needs of development of the situation. The medical department must change processes, improve quality,change the service model and other methods to provide more convenient, high quality and efficient health care services for children. Fourth, it is also good external conditions to actively create a harmonious atmosphere of concern for the flowing population, which is necessary for children health care services.
