Bored With Traditional Chinese Medicine Perfusion Calcaneal Decompession Clinical Observation Of High-Pressure

Objective:On the basic of the research and analysis on the mechanism of therapy on calcaneus hypertension through drilling holes with calcaneus decompression surgery with traditional Chinese medicine perfusion surgery, this paper evaluates the effect and analyzes the results, which supplies scientific basis and clinical guide for the clinical treatment on calcaneus hypertension.Methods:According to strict diagnostic criteria, this paper chooses sixty patients of heel pain in accordance with inclusion criteria and accompanid by follow-up data syndrome from the orthopedic clinic of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital and Fifth Hospital of Harbin City, and divides patients into therapy group and comparision group, every group includes thirty patients, in the mean while, therapy group adopts drilling holes with calcaneus decompression surgery with traditional Chinese medicine, comparision group adopts simply drilling holes with calcaneus decompression surgery.Results:The effiective rate of therpy group is superior to comparision group after therapy. Through the evaluation on pain and swelling of patients in the two groups after therpy and the before-after comparision with barriers to walking, we can see the distinctive difference with two groups through statistical analysis (p<0.05), which points that this two therapies can alleviate heel pain, swelling, improves disorder of walking. In addition, the effect of this two groups exist in the sufficient difference after therapy, in according to statistical analyusis (p<0.05), which points that therpy group is superior to comparision group in terms of improving relative syptorns.Conclusions:The effect of drilling holes with calcaneus decompression surgery with traditional Chinese medicine perfusion surgery is obviously superior to the effect of only drilling holes with calcaneus decompression surgery. Drilling holes with calcaneus decompression surgery with traditional Chinese medicine possess synergistic function,Drilling holes therapy have the effect of decompression, and traditional Chinese medicine can resist against infection, accelerate healing and promote bone growth, in addition, the therapy on refractory heel pain disesase through drilling holes with calcaneus decompression surgery with traditional Chinese medicine perfusion surgery possesses with the safe, simply, effective charcters and non-toxic side effects and so on, which is worthy of promotion.
