Objective:Elaborated the modern research progress planter heel pain evaluation acupuncture fengchi topical treatment with Chinese medicine for planter heel pain, and the clinical effect with painful disease spot seal treatment contrast, analysis observation results, and provide scientific basis for clinical treatmentMethods:Strictly in accordance with the criteria for diagnosis, choose 2010 March-2010 October 1st affiliated to heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine outpatient 60 cases of patients with planter heel pain as the research object, into two groups at random, each group of 30 cases, namely the treatment group (with Chinese medicine acupuncture fengchi topical group) and the control group (painful disease spot seal treatment group). Before and after treatment were given and assessment, and its evaluation score result was analyzed and efficacy evaluation.Result:Treatment 3 weeks,60 cases of force majeure study in 5 cases, among them off in treatment group in 2 cases, fall off 3 cases of control group. The treatment group, cure 28 cases of 9 cases,32.14%; Powerfully 10 cases, accounting for 35.17%; 7 cases, accounting for effective 25.00%; Invalid in 2 cases, the total effective rate, which rose 92.86%.27 cases, cure group of 7 cases,25.92%; Powerfully 10 cases, accounting for 37.04%; Effective 37.04% 10 cases, accounting for; Invalid 0 examples, occupies 0%, with the total effective rate was 100%.
