| Objective:This paper set up a control group of local hormone blocking therapy,was a single blind randomized controlled prospective study,efficacy evaluation of Z type needle through the minimally invasive treatment with inflammatory calcaneodynia,is due to inflammation and comprehensive research of calcaneodynia caused to provide scientific basis for.Methods:In this study,calcaneodynia patients were selected from outpatients of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine professor Fan Xiaohong,and the treatment time were in 201504 to 2016 04 months this time range,the indicators are in line with the requirements of the study of 60 patients.Methods a single blind control method was used.The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases(Z dial therapy group)and control group 30 cases(local hormone closed treatment group).All the patients were treated in the outpatient therapeutic room.The treatment group was treated with 2 times for 1 times,1 times for routine treatment,and 1 weeks later,the degree of remission was determined according to the condition,and whether or not the treatment was performed second times was decided.Patients in the control group were treated 3-4 times aweek,1 times a week.Observed before and after treatment in each specific state of 1 week,January,half of the VAS score,Maryland score and the foot function after six months treatment the curative effect evaluation,using SPSS19.0 data for clinical treatment of the two groups of single blind control method in the process of research results by statistics,P < 0.05 said there was statistical significance.Results:1.In the study of the treatment process,using the principle of data statistical score values of the two groups of patients with gender,age,course of disease,pain,the specific condition of VAS score,Maryland foot function score was verified and analyzed by P > 0.05,showed no difference,so it is not statistically significant,the two groups were comparable;2.The specific state of two groups of patients after treatment for 1weeks,1 months and half a year under the VAS score and Maryland foot function score compared with before treatment,the treatment of the results of mathematical statistical analysis,the P value of P is less than0.05,showed a statistically significant difference,so good,confidence level good.The results indicate that the two kinds of treatment method has good curative effect in the treatment of heel pain in;3.The comparison of the specific state of 1 weeks,1 months and half a year under the VAS score and Maryland foot function score between thetwo groups of patients in the treatment group,mathematical statistical analysis of the results,the P value of P is less than 0.05,to have a statistically significant difference,so good,can explain the treatment effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group;4.After six months of treatment group and control group,the results showed that the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate was100%,the control group was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 93.3%.The final results showed that the overall treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the treatment group,and the results of the mathematical statistical analysis showed that the P value of P was 0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Z type of needle,local hormone blocking treatment with inflammatory heel pain,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their foot function,the patient's quality of life has a certain role in promoting.2.The use of Z type needle treatment of patients with inflammatory heel pain clinical data show that its short-term,long-term treatment effect is significant,the relative effect of local hormone blocking treatment better. |
