Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Washing In The Treatment Of Painful Conditions Of The Heel

Objective:To cure Painful heel syndrome with the application of ChineseMedicine Washout.System evaluation of the therapy will be received,applyingclinical evidence for the therapeutic effect of Chinese Medicine Washout onpainful heel syndrome.Methods:There are100cases who met the requirement are selected fromOctober2011to March2Ol3.All cases are random1y divided into two groups,50cases respectively,treatment group which uses Chinese MedicineWashout,observation group in which treats with Dichofenac Diethylammon.Threegroups are compared from VAS scores,Symptom classifying quantizationtable.All the data collected is analyzed by SPSS14.0statistics software.P≤0.05is regarded as the difference is statistic significant.Results:The difference between two groups in age、VAS scores,Symptomclassifying quantization is not statistical significant beforetreatment.There are remarkable therapeutic differences in those groups afterthe course of treatment.There is significant difference on the VAS scores in7and21days after the treatment in the three groups,treatment group is obviously superior to observation group and control group.The difference hasstatistical significance(P<0.05).Results：The two treatments are all effective to painful heel syndrome；but treatment group is obviously superior to the control group on painalleviation and curable rates.No side effects of Chinese medicine washout,isa safe clinical application of effective treatment,with no stimulation ofskin,no skin allergy.
