Objective:This topic aims to observe and compare the curative effect of the arthroscopic clean-up and arthroscopic clean-up plus drilling decompression for treating knee joint osteoarthritis. It provides clinical-evidence for arthrescopic clean-up plus drilling decompression in the treatment of KOA (resting pain obviously).Methods:The60patients included in the standard were chosen in July2012to June2013in the chinese medicine hospital of Sichuan province.They were randomly divided into two groups, group A and group B,30cases in each group. Group A lines arthroscopic clean-up technique and group B lines arthroscopic clean-up plus drilling decompression, the patients of two groups begin knee rehabilitation training in the second day. Observe and record VAS scores of resting pain and WOMAC osteoarthritis of knee joint index in preoperative and1,3,6months of postoperative. Observation indexes of Postoperative and preoperative:1、the general observations:sex、age、surgical site、Xray film classification, etc.;2、VAS scores of resting pain and WOMAC osteoarthritis of knee joint index in preoperative.;3、 efficacy indicators:Resting pain used VAS visual analog scale to assess, osteoarthritis used WOMAC osteoarthritis of knee joint index.Results:60patients were followed up. The difference of WOMAC osteoarthritis of knee joint index in preoperative and postoperative of group A was statistically significant (P<0.05), there was no statistically significant in resting pain VAS score (P>0.05); There were statistically significant differences in the WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index scores of group B before and after operation (P<0.05),the difference of resting pain VAS score was statistically significant (P<0.05); The WOMAC osteoarthritis index score in of Group B to group A has no statistically significant difference in postoperative(P>0.05), the resting pain of group B improved significantly better than that of group A in postoperative(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic clean-up and arthroscopic clean-up plus drilling decompression are effective methods for treatment of KOA, two ways can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with osteoarthritis of knees; The arthroscopic clean-up is not obvious in easing resting pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis, the arthroscopic clean-up plus drilling decompression in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with rest pain in recent curative effect is remarkable. This treatment is simple, patients recover faster, the recent curative effect is satisfied, should be widely applied in clinical practice.
