bjective: Use Qing Qiao capsule oral administration to mice,observe the acute toxicity reaction, seek out a scientific basis for the Clinical use of Qing Qiao capsules.Methods :According to the traditional Chinese medicine ? natural medicine acute toxicity experiment technical guiding principles,Selects the kunming mice,randomly divided into Qing Qiao capsule group and saline group, each group of 50 male and female. Fasting 12 hours,Qing qiao capsule group give the largest drug concentration(0.4 g/ml)of Qing qiao capsule and the maximum volume to the stomach of mice can withstand(0.4 ml / 10 g) by oral administration, saline group give the same volume of physiological saline by oral administration,observe the mice body quality form, activity, diet, appearance, secretion, excreta and deaths for 2weeks. After two weeks, put to death in mice,anatomy of the main organs for pathological and histologic examination,calculate the maximum tolerance dose(MTD) and maximal tolerance times.Results: Mice of Qing Qiao capsule group and saline group were no deaths occurred,The growth of the weight change is in no statistically significant difference.The general situation and pathological and histologic examination of mice has no apparently unusual,this experiment did not measure the half lethal dose(LD50)of Qing Qiao capsule.The experiment measured the maximal tolerance times of Qing Qiao capsule is 550 times for adult recommend daily dose.Conclusion: Qing Qiao capsule filling the stomach had no obviously bad influence of mice,and there is no toxic injury to the main organs,it's safe and reliable under the prescribed dose taking.bjective: Research the influence of Qing Qiao capsule to the secretory otitis media animal model about the serum adhesion molecule and bullae mucosa.Methods:Establish the secretory otitis media model of rat by drilling on the surface of bullae and injection of lipopolysaccharide(LPS);randomly divided into qing qiao capsule treatment group and physiological saline control group, respectively use Qing Qiao capsule and the same volume of physiological saline by oral administration;put the rat into death in 3?7 days after oral administration,detect the fluorescence intensity of serum adhesion molecule CD11 b ? CD62 L expression With Flow cytometry(FCM),observation the pathological changes of bullae mucosa and measuring the thickness.Results: The serum adhesion molecule CD11 b ? CD62 L express fluorescence intensity of Qing qiao capsule treatment group were significantly lower than physiological saline control group, and the difference was statistically significant;The inflammatory response of bullae mucosa on Qing qiao capsule treatment group were significantly reduced than physiological saline control group,the difference of mucosal thickness was statistically significant. conclusion:Qing qiao capsule can lowering the expression of serum adhesion molecule CD11 b, CD62 L, Reduce the inflammatory response of bullae mucosa, treatment the secretory otitis media.
