Clinical Research Of The Method Of Regulating Menstruation Cycles With Invigorating The Kidney And Soothing The Heart Combined With Acupoints Sticking On Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective:to observe the method of regulating menstruation cycles with invigorating the kidney and soothing the heart combined with acupoints sticking on premature ovarian failure of the clinical efficacy, at the same time investigating its mechanism of action,in order to provide a new method which is safe and effective for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:40cases of premature ovarian failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group (20cases, the method of regulating menstruation cycles with invigorating the kidney and soothing the heart combined with acupoints sticking) and control group (20cases, the method of regulating menstruation cycles with invigorating the kidney and soothing the heart), not only observed before and after treatment of the clinical symptoms and physical signs of improvement.but also the female genital endocrine hormones changes; observed the difference between in the treatment group and the control group after treatment.Results:the treatment group and the control group the clinical total effective rate were85%and75%; TCM symptoms and FSH, LH,E2sexual hormones of the two groups compare their before and after treatment were siginficant different(P<0.01), the sex hormone E2, FSH had significant difference (P<0.05)between the two groups after the treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group.The results of TCM symptoms and LH have different degree descend after treatment,but they have no significant difference (P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:the method of regulating menstruation cycles with invigorating the kidney and soothing the heart combined with acupoints sticking on premature ovarian failure can significantly improve the situation of symptoms and menstrual. At the same time it can improve the endocrine function, not only decreasing serum FSH, LH levels, but also improving the level of E2. The research indicates that this method restore and improve the ovarian function through the multiple systems and links in the overall regulation,it has obvious effective and no side effect which is worth promoted in the clinical.
