Clinical Study On Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure With Yishen Huoxue Yugong Method Combined With Western Medicine

Objective: The subject was analyzed by comparing Yishen Huoxue stagnation and stagnation combined with kelingeng and kelingeng to treat patients with premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and to observe the long-term clinical efficacy after treatment and after 3months of withdrawal,for clinical treatment.An effective treatment regimen for premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: Sixty eligible patients with premature ovarian failure of renal dysfunction and blood stasis in the outpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Yishen Huoxue sputum method combined with keyimeng,and the control group was given keyimeng alone.After a course of treatment(3months),observe the changes in relevant indicators,and finally use statistical methods to compare results.Results:1.After the end of treatment,the FSH,LH,E2 and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01).There was a difference in the total scores of TCM syndromes between groups(P<0.05).Except for this,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Indicated that both groups could improve the hormone level and clinical symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type POF during the treatment period,but the treatment group had better curative effect on the overall improvement of TCM symptoms than the control group;2.After 3months of withdrawal,the hormone levels and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The comparison between groups,the treatment groupFSH,LH,TCM syndrome total score decreased,E2 increased significantly compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(P <0.01).Indicated that the two groups have long-term effects in improving the total score of hormones and TCM syndromes in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type POF,and the treatment group is better than the control group;3.After 3 months of withdrawal,the treatment group is improving the patient's irritability,backache,soft legs,hot flashes,night sweats,insomnia,and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the long-term efficacy between the two groups in improving the symptoms of aversion to cold,coldness,loss of libido,vaginal dryness and tinnitus(P>0.05).4.After 3months of withdrawal,the total effective rate of kidney deficiency and blood stasis POF patients was 93% in the treatment group,70% in the control group,and was significant difference(P<0.05).5.After 3 months of withdrawal,the menstrual rehydration rate in the treatment group was 80%,the rehydration rate in the control group was 53%,statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Yishen Huoxue stagnation combined with ke yimong in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type ovarian premature aging has better long-term clinical efficacy than kelin treatment alone.After 3months of withdrawal,Yishen Huoxue sputum method can still improve the patient's hormone level,clinical symptoms and menstrual rehydration in the long term.
