| Objective:Through the study of the Shaoyao-Gancao-Fuzi Decoction (SGFD)on the treatment of patients of stroke spastic hemiplegia with asthenia of both yin and yang,we hope to find an effective method of treating this disease,and improve the clinical efficacy of TCM therapy for it so as to provide a new approach for the treatment of stroke spastic hemiplegia.Methods:60 patients who correspond with the diagnostic criteria of asthenia of both yin and yang with stroke spastic hemiplegia were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).All patients were given a regular basic treatment: patients with high blood pressure were given antihypertensive drugs; patients with diabetes mellitus were treated with hypoglycemic drugs;patients who had high lipid were given lipidemicmodulating drugs.(Drug target:blood pressure was controlled around 140/90mmHg and diabetes mellitus controled around 130/80mmHg;blood glucose was controlled in the glycated hemoglobin <6.5%, LDL-C levels fell to 2.59mmol / L or the LDL-C was decreased by 30% -40%).The control group: stroke rejuvenation pills,each 1.8g,3 times a day and routine basis for treatment.The treatment group:SGFD increased or decreased (Shuijianfu, one time a day) + regular basis treatment. After 8 weeks, we evaluated the result through international index such as syndrome,MAS,CSI, Neurologic deficits degree Disabled degree and BI.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement the syndrome,MAS,CSI, Neurologic deficits degree,Disabled degree and BI.SGFD has been demonstrated that it has a good clinical curative effect on asthenia of both yin and yang of stroke spastic hemiplegia.Conclusion: SGFD has a good clinical effect on asthenia of both yin and yang of stroke spastic hemiplegia.It can improve the hemiplegic limb muscle tension, promote limb functional recovery,reduce the degree of disability and improve their self-care ability. |
