Clinical Study On Treatment Of Apoplexy Spastic Hemiplegia Tonifying Liver Yang

Objective：We treat the patients of spastic hemiplegia with Danggui SiNi Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wu Wu Decoction, so as to find an effectivetreatment of post-stroke patients with limb spasticity, to explore themechanism of liver Yang deficiency causes spastic hemiplegia, improving themedical treatment of post-stroke patients with limb spasticity with Chinesemedicine.Methods：80stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia were randomly dividedinto the decoction group (n=40) and the medicine group (n=40). Under theguidance of the decoction and medicine treatment, patients of the decoctiongroup were treated with Danggui Si Ni Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wu WuDecoction and patients of the routing group were treated with Zhong Feng HuiChun Wan. After2weeks、4weeks and8weeks, evaluate the result throughinternational index such as Modified Ashworth Scale, Neural function defectscale, Fugl-Meyer movement function，Barthel index.Results：Because11patients were with poor drug compliance, the enrolledcases were the decoction group (n=35) and the medicine group (n=34). Aftertreatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group in theimprovement of the therapeutic efficiency of stroke, muscular tension, Fugl-Meyer movement function and Barthel index.Conclusion：The Danggui Si Ni Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wu Wu Decoction is effective and safe and make the high muscular tension lower, which willaccelerate the disabled limbs’recovery and improve patients’motor functionand self-care ability of daily life.
